Andrew and Erin are absolute professionals. We were planning the funeral for a loved one and needed creative materials printed on short notice. Not only were they able to respond very quickly but assisted in correcting the creative files so that everything would be perfect. I absolutely appreciate them and look forward to doing more business with the printing house Pickering location.

The Printing house is the one stop shop for all your printing needs. They have amazing products, and even better customer service! We got two banners and 500 business cards from them and I couldn't be happier. If I ever need to print anything, I will definitely get it done at TPH. TPH Pickering provides great service for all my companies printing needs. From vinyl product overlays to manuals and brochures they have all been above expectations. For our product overlays they have been able to provide a level of quality control that is unmatched. They also provide excellent turn around times on orders. All the staff provide excellent customer service and quality control. Would highly recommend larger companies trust this TPH with their printing needs.

I never write reviews but felt compelled for 2 opposite reasons. #1 - An opportunity for growth and change I initially sent some printing to the Whitby location and after 2 days of communication with their manager Brian via email and phone call, he was unable to problem solve my sizing issue. I bought prints off of Etsy that were able to be resized but it was proving to be too complicated a job for the manager there. He was unable to come up with any helpful suggestions and was short in his communication. He seemed frustarted by my order and very confused/overwhelemed. It was my first time using an Etsy file to be printed so I too was frustrated and thought maybe I was asking too much. What I knew for sure is that dealing with Brian was stressful and that wasn't going to happen any longer. Before I decided to take my business to Costco and just crop the photo myself I gave a call to the Pickering location and I'm so glad I did! #2 - A Glowing Review!! The PICKERING location is above and beyond amazing! They really understand customer service - especially Erin! I called the Pickering location and explained the situation to her. She was apologetic for the experience I was having and was confident she could easily get it done. She has seen many Etsy files and knew exactly what to do (in case you're printing from Etsy I'd definitely go to this location). She was able to solve the problem within minutes. She resized them, sent me proofs to approve and away we went! She listened to my frustrations with professionalism and kindness. Erin is friendly, efficient and a superb problem solver. I picked up my prints the same day and am extremely happy with them. Although I had to drive over half an hour to get to her I would gladly do so to save myself the stress of dealing with Brian. After all this I must also say I'm totally opposed to cancel culture and that's not the goal here. I'm sure tons of lovely and helpful people work at the whitby location. I'm also sure Brian has that potential in there somewhere too. It seems as though he's been quite helpful to others. I'm truly hoping this review helps other potential customers become aware of the challeges in whitby currently and go in prepared or make another choice. I also see that most of the reviews here are acknowledged by someone at the printing house so this should ensure this info gets into the right hands to encourge change. Everyone can learn from their mistakes and do better and I'm hoping that happens. ✌?

I was so happy to see a TPH location here and have been very satisfied with their service! I use them to make prints for my small business, and never have they made me feel like my print jobs weren't important enough. I'm always greeted with a smile when I go pick up, and have been met with professionalism in-person and online. They've accommodated so many of my same-day requests whenever it was possible, and for that, I am very appreciative! Whenever there were issues with my prints, they were quick to fix them so I know I can rely on them. The only downside is there is a processing fee each time (seems to be standard across TPH branches), and it does add up when my print jobs aren't that big. But for the service and quality, I can't complain. Highly recommend!

I was printing a custom 50 page book for my mom for her birthday and Erin was extremely helpful, and so considerate! She really went over and beyond to make sure the file was perfect. She also helped by making wonderful recommendations for anything I was concerned about and the final product turned out amazing! The whole process was completely stress-free, I highly recommend this location for all your printing needs!
