He is very helpful and shared his expertise through his knowledge of all the brands. He definitely went above and beyond.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ THERE'S AN EMPLOYEE BY THE NAME OF REMY THAT WORKS IN THE PAINT SECTION AND NO MATTER HOW IMPOSSIBLE MY WANTS ARE REMY TAKES THE TIME TO EXPLAIN THINGS AND NEVER HURRIES .
SURELY A VALUED EMPLOYEE FROM A VALUED CUSTOMER.
OH YEAH,YOU GUYS NEED TO DROP YOUR PRICES. I FOUND A 69.99 DOLLAR PLANT IN YOUR STORE THAT WAS 18.99 AT A CONVENIENCE STORE,AS A MATTER OF FACT ALL THEIR PLANTS WERE LESS THAN A QUARTER OF YOUR PRICES.STOP GOUGING CUSTOMERS JUST BECAUSE YOUR HANDLERS TOLD YOU TO.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I mean, there's always good and bad w big box stores. I've had good experiences and bad. I've been more disappointed than not when it comes to asking a sales associate for advice or information on a product or what I need for a project. I've had one customer service associate tell me one thing then during my next visit tell me the total opposite. And then accuse me of not 'remembering correctly' my previous interaction.
Overall, I'd only suggest going here if you know what you're doing and exactly what you need.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely the worst Home Depot of them all! I'm a contractor, I've been to hundreds of Home Depots thousands of times this location is consistently out of stock on the very common items I need. Their customer service is weak at best. I'm treated like a criminal at every return experience, even after completing the obstacle course they've laid out. Even though I live nearby I'm through with this location, I'll drive to Whitby from now on. Sad really.
More sad news.. Sadly and mistakenly I returned to this Home Depot yet again. his time I had a box of Drywall screws to return, once again I negotiated their ridiculous que system and waited patiently while 6 employees stood idly chatting amongst themselves while one other customer was being served, finally my turn came. I had no receipt nor the CC I used originally to make the purchase, which wasn't a problem as I was simply exchanging these wood screws for metal, same price etc. Stunningly for the first time in 30 odd years shopping at Home Depot the young girl asked for my Drivers License, never happened before. It's not the young girl, it's this store's return counter run and managed by the Gestapo..
Sad sad sad..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The second that I walked in the store, I was immediately greeted by warm smile and she directed us to the microwave section and advised us to talk to Robert in that area. Robert was truly amazing and a genuine person. I rarely write reviews but Robert's customer service exceeded my expectations! He went above and beyond and this is the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE that I ever received in a home depot. Robert Taylor knowledge of the product and his years of experience is a key asset to the entire home depot team. Thank you Robert for making my entire experience AWESOME! Although I live near another home depot but folks like Robert make all the difference for me to drive the extra miles to go this location for all my future purchases!

We were looking for a very specific set and they had the dreaded quantity 1 in stock… (so who knows if they have any) The staff searched for the unit and found it! Saved us driving much further to find this set! Great service! Thank you!
