When I first walked into the store, I wasn't attended to until 20 minutes later (which I thought was bad customer service. However, they were quite busy upstairs). Once a sales lady was able to help me out, the customer service was excellent. They were very patient with helping me pick the right dress for my occasion (was not trying to up sell me). They even offered to complete the alternations within two hours without an extra charge when they found out I needed the dress right away. I would definitely go back again!

This past week, my sister and I was invited to a wedding last minute and had to do last minute dress shopping THE DAY BEFORE the wedding. We came into the shop on the Friday (the wedding was on Saturday!!) not really knowing what we were looking for, but one of the owners who greeted us was very optimistic about us finding a dress and it was very encouraging. She was very warm and kind overall and i loved her energy! She showed us some dresses and would lend us dresses to try on (since we didn't know our size, we had to try on a variety of dresses) and overall made us feel GOOD and confident. The other owner helped us with adjusting the dresses to our unique bodies, and although he was not as energetic, he still gave off a professional vibe that assured us that he knew what he was doing and it put us at ease. Long story short we found two LOVELY dresses well within our budget and got them altered all in the same day (*Although i should add that I don’t know if they do alterations same day all the time or if it’s a rare case. I just know that my sister and I were really desperate, so i am so grateful that they helped us out all on that Friday!) Very accommodating and overall GREAT experience. I would 100% recommend this store from now on. Thank you so much!!!!

They refuse and exchange even though I bought it 5 days ago . The dress doesn’t fir false promises just for the sale. So ridiculous I wasted my money . Don’t listen to a word they say bring someone with you when you try the dress better yet just don’t go there.

There was one associate present at the time, the store was open for walk ins, and purchases on the spot. In fact we tried our luck again out of desperation and luckily Linda was kind to us despite us deciding not to purchase. But otherwise without any other information I am completely baffled at how you can be "sure" your associate was busy at the time. My mom was too kind to call it what it was, which was clearly racism and a complete disregard for her as a customer by said sales associate based on the colour of her skin. It seems like it would be too much to ask for a store owner to take accountability or simply apologize. Instead you'd rather assume this associate, one whom you don't even know is being referred to specifically, was busy. Way to be dismissive and rude. The dresses are marked up tremendously anyway, buy online and save yourself the trouble.

The owner worked with us to help select my daughter's prom dress (second time shopping there - the first time was for a prom dress for my older daughter in January 2020 which is still hanging in my closet due to COVID). There was a great variety and she listened to my daughter for style, colour and fit. We both LOVE the dress! When ordered, we believed the prom to be in the beginning of June as it has been in the past at her High School. A week after we purchased and ordered the dress in the colour and size chosen, we found out the prom was scheduled for the beginning of MAY. Shocked, I called immediately to see if we could put a rush order on it, and how much it would cost. The owner was able to get the dress in much earlier and didn't charge me anything for the rush order, which I really appreciated. They worked with us into the schedule for alterations, and the tailor was amazing as well. The dress fits her perfectly and only 3 days to go until Prom. I will be definitely be back to shop for myself for upcoming events.
