S	Salome Chemla on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Surprised to leave this review given all the other good ones … perhaps caught them on a bad day.. Our consultants showed up to open the boutique one minute before the appointment time. (We had travelled an hour to be there and even got there 15 min early). The first sentence before asking about name, engagement or wishes was telling me very directly that they only have sizes XS and S, after looking me up and down… ( I am an M for reference.. not that it matters) Great start if you’re a little self conscious! All shops carry sample sizes, that’s normal but no one announces it in that manner. The second was to tell me after looking at all the pics I had saved from their website that they didn’t have them in store. The third was to tell us, again not very gently, that we could only try 4 dresses max because « they are heavy for her ». The fifth was to say we couldn’t take any photos of me in them for my family. When we voiced that this was very disappointing, we were told this was standard practice for all bridal salons and that « we were the only ones to ever complain ». This is actually incorrect, 100% of the 5 Toronto salons we went too had no issues with this. Finally, The person barely said goodbye. In general with wedding dress shopping, one hopes for a nice experience. At a 4000$ price tag, one does expect the bare minimum in terms of service. Really disappointing, ruined the day for us. One good point though is that they have very unique dresses you can’t find elsewhere. If you are looking for a beaded dress and don’t mind the service, it’s a good option to stop by!

They have beautiful dresses to choose from and the service was amazing. My dress came on time and exactly how I wanted it to be. Nasiba was amazing and she helped me throughout the whole process and made everything easy. I would highly recommend going here for any bride to be.
W	Wedding Talk on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ if you’re looking to go to a place where you will find something to buy the same day, choose Dovita bridal!!! Simply the best! An amazing, wide selection of both sizes and dresses to try on, and by far the prettiest gowns I’ve ever seen.

But I walked out having tried on my dream dress. Nasiba was extremely welcoming and friendly and knew exactly what dresses to pull based on what I liked. You do only get to try on 4 dresses but this did not bother me as I knew what style dress I wanted. You also cannot take photos or videos which I completely understand and most dress shops also have this rule. I contacted Nasiba again that same week to place an order for my dress and she was very helpful and kind. Will definitely recommend to friends and family looking for unique beaded dresses at an affordable price!

Naseeba made the whole experience a memorable one. After I received the dress she went out of her way to make the dress is tailored to my liking. I definitely recommend this store for all your bridal needs.
