★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered 3 gift baskets from Peter & Paul’s for my bosses neighbours for Christmas. The girl on the phone said that if you spend over $100 you would get free shipping, so I did that and I sent the girl an email stating where to send the gift baskets to…they were never delivered. The phone number that they have does not allow you to speak with a live person, and if you do get a hold of someone there, they say they will look into and get back to you within the hours and never call….worst and I mean absolute WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. Now I have to call and hope I get a hold of someone to issue my boss a FULL REFUND because he is not very impressed!
WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER BEEN THROUGH. PLEASE DO NOT EVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our workplace sent us lunch at home and the food was okay. Chicken was kind of bland. Nothing special, the fruits were a bit stale. Loved the elegant black box it came in though.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently had the pleasure of dealing with Peter & Paul's for a corporate gift basket going out to 150 of our employees. The team at P&P's was amazing to work with being very professional, responsive and accommodating our custom gift request.
I highly recommend for any corporate or personal gift ... this team is definitely a 5-star class act! Special mention to Eva and Noemi for making the magic happen :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered two baskets worth 200$ each. They shipped FedEx which is probably the most incompetent shipping company out there. It took 5 days to get the box in Quebec, after I drove twice to FedEx's service center. Once I got the box, I realized they only sent one of the two baskets. I wrote back asking for clarifications - my original contact said she's not in the office and will forward to manager. Never heard back. I just wrote in to ask for a refund. If you want a gift basket on time, don't rely on these guys.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Giving 5 stars because my experience from the order I made on line was superb. (I am old fashion) like to see and touch what I buy.
On the following day of the order I received a call from Peter and Paul letting me know how long the order was going to take due to embroiled blanket I order with the baby's name on it.
Order was received earlier than predicted a good thing.
And what made things even better was that the family that received the gift loved the blanket so much, I was so happy to hear and read their messages to me, it warmed my heart ❤.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avoid Peter and Paul's Gifts at all costs!!! I recently purchased a gift basket for a very important client to be delivered on time. It has been 2 weeks and not only has the basket not been delivered, I can't get ahold of anyone with this company!! The phone number they use goes directly to voicemail, and if you by chance get a hold of someone, they say they will look into it and call back, but never do..... I have left 5 emails, several voicemails and simply no reply, with no idea where my $250 gift basket is. The delivery is weeks late and you get absolutely ZERO customer service. I do not even understand how this company exists. Do not use this company if you 1. Want to have a package delivered on time and 2. Want to receive any customer service.

I have ordered multiple times from Peter and Paul’s online site, and have spoken to staff over the phone when inquiring about my orders. The online site is very easy to navigate and is user friendly. The staff is extremely kind and helpful, contributing to their excellent customer service. Specifically, I wanted to say that I received such great service and assistance from Angela at Peter and Paul’s who was extremely helpful, determined, and kind when assisting me in placing an order over the phone. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We received two gift baskets from a supplier. What was nice was that the treats were packaged into individual portions. This enabled us to hand each out to every employee. I tried the chocolate covered pretzels and they were superb. I assume the same is true with the other treats in the basket.
