Suggestion's try to run on time with appointments, it can be annoying to wait every time when your always on time. Also charge the same price every time I would always get gel, shellac and no design and every time the price was different. Winning an award means nothing you will eventually loose it if you don't work on customer service. Carol & Anthony make your clients happy, happy client = more business.

I get my nails done often and once in awhile have to wait but never over 10 minutes. The ladies always take their time and make sure your nails are on point, I've never felt rushed for them to take the next client. I have always left satisfied. I love that the esthetician opens the tools packaged infront of you, they are big on hygiene.. I can't say that for all nail salons. Washroom is always clean and the a atomosphere is great. It's not expensive, nails everywhere are just as pricey now and your paying for quality and cleanliness. Everyone I have introduced this place to loved it! Thanks ladies + Anthony for doing an amazing job!

I’ve had my fair share of bad experiences when it comes to manicures. I had asked for clear polish but she put on shellac clear polish and charged me for it! If I were to do shellac I would’ve just got a color done. I understand up selling but they should let clients know whenever there is a plus charge on anything they do. They don’t provide receipts so you don’t really know exactly what you’re paying for. Everything is nice, the location, the decor, it’s clean but I wish they would improve their customer service and be more clear with clients on the charges.

You will always be well taken care of, and leave with beautiful nails that stay gorgeous until the next appointment (providing you go every 2-3 weeks). I appreciate the luxury details like the fresh roses delivered by Rosarium and the spotless washroom. Anthony's makes me feel safe and well cared for. I love it.
