★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife bought 2 dresses there, she wanted to return one but although she was told initially that she gets refund, she didn't get one.. only store credit.. so she had to choose something else, what she got she doesn't like, she was forced to choose something
Also, FYI, there are overpriced items there that you can get from Aliexpress. There are nice items, too, but be aware what you choose.
I left 2 stars because my wife found one dress, but service....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My daughter and I have been going to Abaton for years now. Alicia has such a fantastic eye for fashion and what would look good on you. Every time I go in I tell her what I'm looking for - she sizes me up and boom - I walk out of there looking like a rock star! I love her her clothes, I love her style, I love her taste and I love the one on one experience.

Certainly when dear Raffaele would dare to be rude in his language assuming that the customer does not understand. Big mistake, Raffaele, you should mind your manners in any language. There are so many boutiques to choose from out there, Raffaele, yours will not be recommended. In fact, anyone I know will be told about your disgraceful behaviour this afternoon.
