Unhappy customer 100% the worst part of it all is Toronto is under lock down so I cant even get my hair fixed. Here's my experience with this salon, first I bought a package off of groupon it included a hair cut, treatment style and balayage secondly I had to pay extra on top of what I had already paid for on groupon I had dark hair wanting to go blonde. I got my first session done I was told to come back with in a month to get my hair lighter I came in on march 30th with the expectations of getting my final look. My hair looks horrible I hate looking at my hair I had two different stylist doing my hair at the same time you can tell my hair was done wrong one side looks totally different then the other side they ruined my hair , some parts of my hair looks yellow with many different shades of blonde ewww!!! who wants yellow hair after spending so much money I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SALON AT ALL !!!!!!!!!!! I HATE MY HAIR ! waste of my money now I have to look for another salon to fix this mess. make sure to read all the reviews im not the only one with something bad to say! they will be hearing from me once the lock down gets lifted !

They don’t know how to straight hair. They damaged my wife’s hair. They are using cheap quality products. If you want to straight your hair. Find a better place. Do not waste time and money.

My first time at this location today, so I had apprehension about the quality of product and service for Keratin treatment for my extra long hair. I get Keratin done regularly but this was my first time today with Connie, Tessa and Rose Marie. Pleasant ladies. No nonsense chatter. Invested time and energy to treat my long hair professionally with patience. Services prices are justified. Will update later if and how the product lasted and if any reactions. Though for today and I am happy and will post the photograph as these ladies deserve an applause. Will come back, if no reactions from the product on my hair, keeping my fingers crossed. Very disappointed and mad of my experience.They supposed to do full highlights, and it turned to lost all the highlights as it damaged and burned by the bleached.only 2 inches from my root left. They don't even deserve 1 stare. Do not recommend at all.

I had an incredible experience at Caruso Hair Club! I got a hair cut, conditioner, and bayalage. I trusted Connie and her expertise payed off! She knew exactly how to make my hair look thicker and more natural with the bayalage. I was lucky to be the only customer there and all the people working were checking on my hair, taking their time to make sure it was perfect. They offered me espresso and water and we had a wonderful conversation. They cut off a lot and made a beautiful long bob and my hair is very soft to the touch. My best friend saw my hair right after and she has now booked her own appointment. I will definitely be coming back and letting people know about the incredible talents of all the staff :) Thank you thank you thank you!

Bought a Groupon agreed to extra charges which would have been fine had the highlights been good but I got this and will have to pay to have it fixed now.

I did a Keratin treatment with groupon coupon which costed 189 dollars and I gave an extra 100 dollars because my hair was long. Before starting the process they said that it will be 75 dollars but after process they said it is 100. I did everything exactly as they said I didn't wash my hair for 3 days, no clips or ribbons were used, used iron but still after 3 days my hair went to normal. I think after keratin treatment still using iron and blow drying is not good for hair and its not logic and it doesn't make any sense. Spending a total of 290 dollars and still have to use heat on my hair to make it straight is not worth it. If I have a rating of 0 to give I would do that.

Listen to the reviews and do not waste your time and money on this place. First issue: Called and spoke to Sara before buying the Groupon to make sure I was getting the right package for what my daughter wanted to do with her hair. She booked the appointment saying it needed to be with her, a "colour specialist" but when we arrived, she was not there and did not show up for the duration of the appointment. That was the first red flag and I wanted to walk out from that alone, but my daughter really wanted her hair done for the first day of school so we agreed to have Connie do her hair. Second issue: Had to pay an additional $85 for hair thickness and toner. My daughter's hair was cut up to her shoulders and is thick, but taking into consideration the package we purchased was for a cut, shampoo, conditioner, style, and balayage, you would think that toner is included since it is needed for the balayage. When I asked Connie how long she would keep the bleach in she brushed me off, saying it could take an hour, it could take two, I've been doing this for forty years, I just know. My daughter's hair is black and she wanted purple balayage, but her hair turned out more red than purple yet she was okay with that. Third issue: The appointment was on a Tuesday, my daughter washed her hair the following Sunday, and the colour has almost completely washed out, leaving her hair orange and crunchy looking. When I called Connie to see what could be done, she very rudely told me that she said purple is the kind of colour that would wash out. I asked was it not permanent dye that was used and I understand it would eventually wash out but after ONE wash (??), and she basically told me too bad, gave me the whole I've been doing this for forty years spiel, and hung up. I am disgusted by her lack of professionalism and common courtesy, and feel straight ripped off by the whole experience. Please listen to the reviews so you don't end up sorely disappointed like we are. Poor customer service and poor quality, consider yourself warned.
