★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This clinic won't call you, or send you a letter, to notify you when your family doctor has abandoned their practice and left.
A couple of weeks after I was anesthetized at the hospital and a procedure was performed, I was called by the hospital who were attempting to send the report to my family doctor, and they were saying that my family doctor had told them that I was not her patient, even though it was in fact she who had requested the consultation with the specialist.
When I called this clinic regarding the situation, they told me that Dr. Anoja Anton had left. When I asked them when they were planning on notifying her former patients, they couldn't give me an answer. And the other doctor told me that he is not really picking up her old patients.
Great example of quality Canadian healthcare, paid for by the billions of tax dollars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After years of struggling with chronic pain, I finally found an amazing doctor who actually cares about pain management and does not undermine the negative effects of chronic pain on quality of life. Dr.Khaksar has helped me tremendously and I'm so grateful for all the help I have received from him. His staff are also exceptionally professional and kind, which makes a huge difference for someone in pain trying to deal with any administrative tasks. I highly recommend this clinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My appointment with a doctor from this clinic barely lasted 3 minutes. infect he was ready to end the phone call appointment after 1 min. I told him that I`d like to know what`s causing my ear infection and all he said was that he doesn't know anything because he can`t see my ear. I expected that he`d ask me at least few questions to get an idea what`s the cause but he only offered a prescription. what a waste of tax payer`s money
