M	Missy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My stylist was very nice today but the colour is too chunky and there's a ginormous chunk in the back that I informed her of but she told me it's just how it's parted. I have literally had 3 people tell me since I left there that there's an uneven chunk of colour at the back. She also told me she would not be charging me for the moisture treatment because of a poor initial experience at Pickering location and yet she charged me $34.25 on my bill. I am confused. I didn't check at that moment because I took her word. Also, in an initial email I was told I would get 10% off which was not applied. “And as a WELCOME BACK to the salon, we are offering $10.00 OFF your first appointment back with us that we will honour for your future appointment ?” I was charged for a full base coverage of $93.25 which is very excessive since I only asked for the front underneath done to cover my greys. I literally asked for my identical colour so I did not need full coverage. And your prices are insanely too high. For paying over $500 I should have at least got more than scrunching done--like clips and finger curls or something!!! I have had a poor initial experience at Pickering. Thought that was a different owner so I tried the Vaughn location, driving an hour on the 407 from Bowmanville to try you out. Now I have had a poor experience there too. My stylist was a lovely person and other than some miscommunication and overcharging me and some far too chunky highlights, she was a joy. But this is a no-go for me. I will never be back.

I was pleasantly surprised by the impeccable service I received from Inna, my stylist. She took the time to get to know my hair routine, asked what I wanted and explained how she would proceed to cut and style my hair. She’s very knowledgeable and took her time cutting and showing me the progress. I’m very happy with the outcome and have already booked my next appointment.

Paola is the first person who has ever said my curls are easy to work with, much easier than a lot of curlies she sees. The difference in coming to a person who actually understands curly hair is phenomenal. She explained what she was doing and gave me a list of how to care for my hair on my own. I wish I had looked into curl specialists much earlier. My hair feels so light and bouncy. Thank you, Paola!

She took her time and was very detailed which I really appreciated. She was also very sweet and friendly. I will for sure be back and would highly recommend Paola??

My daughter received the professional care from expert hands!! The haircut as well styling was done according to her expectations. Not only that, she received so many useful tips to style and take care of her hair. We would like to visit again in the future.

I didn't think i'd be able to keep it up after washing it myself, but even after washing and adding my own products (+the couple amazing ones she recommended) I really see the difference in my curl pattern!! Thanks so much. Will for sure keep coming back to see her. She definitely knows her stuff.

I really appreciate that the stylist (Quyana) took the time to talk to me about my hair before cutting - we discussed what my concerns were and what I'd like to see. I also really appreciate that the cut is done dry - I think this makes all the difference for a good curly hair cut. At the previous salon I went to, the cut was always done wet; my hair would look great when straightened, but if I wore it curly, it just never sat right. They also have a really great policy where they follow up after the cut and will bring you back in for a quick fix if there's anything you're not happy with. Highly recommend!

My hair has been transformed from frizzy, dull, and flat into beautiful, voluptuous curls. I have gotten so many compliments since I had my hair cut and and coloured. The entire experience was awesome. Inna explained every detail to me and educated me on proper washing and styling techniques. Amazing! Can't wait for my next appointment!
