Before my appointment she asked me to send her photos of my current brows so that she could set realistic expectations of the process and what she would be able to do for me. During the appointment she was patient, took her time, and made sure that I was kept in the loop at every step. After the procedure was complete she sent me home with after care instructions and checked up on me during the healing process. Coming from a graphic design background, Brows Noir is detail oriented and artistic, and it shows in her work (especially when she's building brand new brows from scratch!!) I've already started recommending her to family and friends.

Even when they were drawn in, the brows I drew on myself did not suit my face, I was no brow artist! I then saw a friend post a photo of her brows she got done by Soonie, and I fell in love with them and decided to give it a shot. I was tired of my old skinny brows. Soonie was very careful and has a good eye in what shape and coloured brows will suit your face. She takes her time to double check the brow mapping, and after the procedure to ensure both brows are even and that they suit your face. And most importantly, that you love them! After my first session, I already started getting compliments on how full and nice they look. They make you look like a new person. After my brows healed, I saw a transformation already. You will receive a touch up a month later. After the touch up, they healed perfectly! They actually look more natural than you think! I officially threw out my eyebrow makeup and it felt great!! I now have full natural looking brows that suit my face, and no makeup is required! You will not regret getting them done by Soonie, I can ensure you that you can trust her, and she will take care of you!
