After colouring my hair for many years, and continuously settling for the basics in terms of creativity, product, and service I was overwhelmed with my experience at Amado Salon. Victoria is a truly talented artist who has changed my entire perspective on colour. Not only has she created a much more practical option for me, but one that also reflects my individuality. Her genuine friendliness, which is mimicked by the entire Amado staff, makes every customer feel welcome, special, and appreciated. I am thrilled that Amado Salon is moving to their new location at 8740 Jane Street, as it is closer to home, but I would travel any distance for my appointments with Victoria!! Congratulations Amado Salon!!

I’ve been going to Amado Salon for about 6 years now, and I’ve never gone to any other hair salon ever since! All of the stylists are extremely knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. They will give you their own advice and expert opinions on what they think would fit best for you. They also have a massive line of professional hair products and even make up products that always ensure the best results. I’ve had my hair done by Rob and Victoria, and I honestly can’t trust anyone else with my hair ever since I’ve started getting my hair done by them. I’ve gone from blonde, to red, to black, and each time I’ve walked out of the salon absolutely in love with my hair! Amado salon is hands down the best salon you could ever go to!!!

I have been a very happy customer of Rob Amado, creative director and hair stylist for over 15 years. Rob is an innovative stylist and has the best staff. Amado Salon has consistently provided me with great service and great hair for years. Great service is very important to me because if my hair cut is great but the salon service is bad - I will never go back! At Amado salon, the staff is exemplary, the new salon on Jane Street in Vaughan is classy and they make a great espresso! I have been fortunate to have Emily as my current stylist. Emily is a pleasure! She always answers all of my questions or concerns, always offers me a coffee, provides me with a great colour, cut and head massage and truly knows the best products for my hair. Victoria is fantastic and creative and has been the go-to stylist for my family for years! Not only do I leave the salon with great hair but it's nice to simply have a nice conversation and positive experience with my stylist and the staff at the salon. I'm super excited for Rob Amado and the Amado Salon team and us, the customers, to experience the new salon location at 8740 Jane St (Amado Salon). Amado Salon is nothing short of top notch! From the team, to the service, to the final product. I have been a client at Amado Salon since day one. Rob Amado is truly amazing!! He is experienced, knowledgeable, and talented. Each of the stylists are reliable and trustworthy; if Rob is not available I have no worries having Victoria or Emily colour, cut, blow dry, and or style my hair. What I love about Amado Salon is the personable experience and the relaxation I have when there knowing my hair is in good hands and the finished product will be just what I want. Oh... and Rob's head messages are amazing! Each and every time I walk out of Amado Salon I leave feeling rejuvenated!! I highly recommend Amado Salon, you will NOT be disappointed.

My mom and I enjoyed every minute of our experience here at Amado Salon today! The salon is extremely clean, well organized, the owner Rob is absolutely AMAZING! Such a funny guy who really takes time to get to know his clients and understand their wants and needs. 10/10 would recommend this salon to anyone. My mom was more than satisfied with her results!

Found Amado Salon on Google, made decision to book an appointment based on Google reviews... and so HAPPY that I did it. Very clean salon, convenient location with plenty of parking space. High quality hair care products available on site. Easy to schedule an appointment to accommodate your needs. This was my third hair cut done by Rob. He has an amazing ability to listen to his client's needs and use his experience to create an outstanding result. We are still working on the shape but my look changed significantly. The worse haircut I've ever had in my life. I went here for a hair cut I was referred to by Groupon. I was so excited. I raved about the 4.8 star average review of 81 reviews. This is pretty impressive for a company. I decided she would give this company a try. I wanted to get layered hair cut just from your front like I always get. I had this really good picture in my head of how it would look. The hair cut I got wasn't what I wanted. It was not how I imagined. I did not like the haircut and neither did my boyfriend and mother. Both in complete shock. The hair dresser in the salon encouraged me to trust her judgement. I had given her that trust. (DON'T EVER DO THAT! Hint of advice). I am very angry and sad and just felt like hiding a few months until my hair grows back. That is not the feeling someone should have when they come out of the salon. They cut off too much of my hair and gave her half bangs and half layered. I hates it, my mom hates it, and boyfriend hate it. It does not compliment my features. It sounds mean, but we are an honest family who desires to give genuine compliments. Unfortunately,  we cannot do that because the lack of judgement one of the hair dressers at this salon made. Amado Salon, if you are reading this, please know that I'm really upset,  and I hope you will take action and do something about it to make this right. To help describe the haircut so you get an idea, I would say it looks like a hair cut you would give Bruce Dickinson before he performs at a rock concert. I think I have made my point clear. I found Amado on Instagram when looking for a new salon in the Vaughan area and I’m so happy I did. Both Rob and Antonella were very welcoming and it was clear safety for their clients was a priority at the salon. My hair was grown out, brassy and Antonella brought it back to life again! Will definitely be returning ??
