★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly staff. Dr.Bilbily was very professional and yet easy to communicate with. I was in and out of the procedure so fast and no evidence that I just underwent a colonoscopy. Had a follow up and extremely pleased with the whole experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible receptionists, very rude, talks back and is dismissive. They never pick up the phone. When I complained to the receptionist hung up on me. The receptionist before that didn't want to put the effort to look for my fathers name in the system so she told I called the wrong place. I would fire all these receptionists they are putting peoples lives at risk.
We've been referred to this doctor for months now and they keep saying they didn't receive the referral but my family doctor says she sent it through. Its been months and when I complain they say then you should go to the emergency room. Because you cant do your job properly we should risk getting covid and go to the emergency room?? DONT EVER COME HERE! Terrible experience.
