★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly and knowledgeable staff, clean and welcome environment. Dr. V. Ginzburg is very friendly. He can speak a bit of mandarin ! He eplains everything you need before the procedure. Excellent anesthesit. I was sober at the estimated time. No pain and no surprise. No wait time, plenty of parking. Easy to find. My procedure is colonoscopy.My wife has the same procedures there as well! Highly recommended. Bravo. You guys rock!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was very nervous about the colonoscopy procedure. The reception is very friendly and the nurse was very respectful and helped me calm down. Dr. Ginsburg is very professional and took the time to answer my questions. Highly recommend to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In a nutshell, Dr. Ginzberg is the best!!!!!! His demeanor, his bedside manner and his communication abilities are the finest in the industry. Out of 10, I would give him 15 and would highly recommend his services to anyone. This is my third visit in 15 years and his services are as they always were, the highest quality in the industry!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great staff! Highly recommend this place. I was very nervous during the procedure, but it went very well, Dr. Ginsburg and all staff are amazing. If i will have to repeat the procedure in the future, or recommend it to someone, this is definitely THE PLACE!

I was extremely nervous for my procedures. However, ended up having a great experience. Everyone was super nice and caring, the nurse who put in the IV and prepped everything was very friendly. The anesthesiologist, nurse inside the procedure room and Dr Ginzburg were all amazing and put me at ease. The anesthesiologist was superb and very caring and before I knew it I woke up and it was over! Dr Ginzburg then came to me and explained everything. Highly recommend :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Ginzburg is the best. Knowledgeable while making me feel comfortable and any concerns are listened to and addressed. His staff are all amazing and always put me at ease before procedures. Yes his office is busy but when dealing with a specialist I just assume they will be. No fault of theirs. When I have had to go into the office or had virtual appointments I have been seen on time and never felt rushed. Thank you Dr. G and team!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Ginsburg and his staff at the Oak Ridges Endoscopy Centre are great. The whole process, from initial contact to the procedure itself, is managed very well on their part. Unfortunately, this time for me, COVID and other circumstances at the clinic turned what is normally slightly over an 1 hour total process into a 3 hour appointment (almost 2 hours of waiting). Other than that, I highly recommend them.
