★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Seema Rathee has worked with my husband myself and my two sons she was very thorough about my concerns she treated me with respect and took the time to ask questions and ran tests. she has also taken very good care with my other family members. I would and have recommend her to others.

Dr. Michael Corbo is incredible. He took time to carefully examined me, and performed needed procedure.
Doctor was also kind, knowledgeable, and friendly. I was referred over by my family doctor Tchernov and can see why. Thank you very much!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ill start off with how rude the receptionists are. Coming into the clinic and receiving that kind of attitude and service put such a bad taste in my mouth. This was my second time seeing Dr. Baibergenova, and it was worse than the first. I gave her the benefit of the doubt the first time, but with how she acted towards me this time was unacceptable and i will not be going back. Her demeanour was very cold and unwelcoming. She did not even give me a chance to ask questions. She did not explain anything to me and did not care for that matter. She prescribed me a cream that was not covered and said "dont worry its not that expensive anyways its okay" and she immediately walked out. If you have any issues and concerns i would not recommend seeing her, she does not have the patience and evidently does not care. Just terrible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saw Dr. Corbo today, guy was a gem. Very nice and explained everything clearly.
Can I just say, I was about to cancel my appointment based on the reviews and to be honest I thought only one doctor worked here. When I spoke to Dr. Corbo he said there are around 9-10 doctors that work here. You would never know it looking at this review page, but I guess when you do good work people don't really take the time to write about it. Hope he reads this to show that I really did appreciate his care!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Baibergenova is awful. She is rude, and full of attitude. Gave us no time to talk to her or ask follow up question. She spoke to me like I was beneath her. Disgusting. No review compares to actually witnessing it for yourself. No friendly and no helpful. Very bad service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow! What a great experience. I was skeptical to come to this clinic, and prepared for the worst because of the reviews. I gave it a shot, and all I can say is clearly people write negative reviews because they are having a bad day/take their bad mood out on others BECAUSE I am so happy I went to my appointment.
The receptionists were lovely, and I felt heard and well taken care of from my doctor. He was very knowledgable. I'm so glad I found a place for myself and family that I can trust.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible receptionist. I had the one in short dark hair and she didn’t let me finish the sentence while talking. My 6 years old son would have better courtesy than her. Good luck staying in that position forever.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I never write Google reviews (this may actually be my first) but the service here is so horrific I had to write one. First of all, the receptionists don't answer their phone. Out of six phone calls in the days prior to the appointment, one was answered. Their text message system doesn't work - prompts you to confirm with Y or cancel with N at least 24 hours in advance. However, if you attempt to cancel (even prior to 24 hours in advance), an error message shows up telling you to call the clinic (i.e. phone the receptionists who don't answer). If you end up here - save your text messages with time stamps if you cancel or confirm 24 hours (min) in advance indicating that you adhered to their policies so that they have absolutely zero grounds to come after you for a fee. Parking lot was jam packed - absolutely zero spots. Receptionist was horrible about it. I will never be booking another appointment here. If you cannot be kind to patients (and obviously this receptionist cannot since numerous reviews are describing the maltreatment and straight up rudeness that they received from her/them) - you should not be working in an industry where people have the displeasure of interacting with you. Should you choose to go here (and I strongly, strongly recommend you don't) be prepared for them to either not answer the phone or to be nasty if they do. Wish I had read the other many reviews of this clinic before booking here. Will be asking my family doctor for a referral absolutely anywhere else.
