โ โ โ โ โ Absolute scam. They'll call you for weeks to schedule your overdue eye exam without telling you of any cost. Once you're there, she'll advise that pictures need to be taken of your eye, which is also an additional cost without again any mention of it. When you're ready to leave, you've got a nice bill presented to you. I recommend going somewhere that's going to warn you about an upfront cost.

โ โ โ โ โ Great experience at ORVC, the staff is very kind and patient, they go the extra mile to compensate for any delays. I had one of the girls there give me a free pair of shades as an appreciation for being a customer. I also recently got contact lenses there and even though it took me a while to get them into my eyes the staff were super helpful and made it a pretty funny and memorable experience. I highly recommend them to anyone!

โ โ โ โ โ Staff and service are 5 stars! Selection is great. I deal with Frank and he will bend over backwards to get you exactly what you are looking for. He is always willing to help adjust glasses if there is a problem even years after you have purchased from his store. Highly recommend!

โ โ โ โ โ Dr. Porter is the optometrist for our family. He is professional, very dedicated, exam in details and also very friendly. Recommended for young kids. The office is setup very nice and the staff is there for any question you have.

โ โ โ โ โ WILL NOT ANSWER THE PHONE. Iโve been trying to make an appointment for like a month now and they will only respond to emails, I was late to an appointment because of a road closure and they would not answer the phone or give me another appointment

โ โ โ โ โ My wife had to see an optometrist urgently because of a sudden onset of floaters. Her own optometrist wasn't available and Dr. Porter kindly squeezed us in the next day. He's very thorough, caring and professional. I highly recommend this place. Thank you very much!

โ โ โ โ โ Been going here for years. I like Dr Salima the best personally. The receptionists generally are very helpful and friendly. My only negative, is that their eyeglasses are now all designer brand and very costly. They used to provide non-designer glasses which I preferred much more as they are budget friendly. Since then I have had to buy my glasses elsewhere, but their quality of service has not changed and is very good.
Update (3 years later from above paragraph):
They do have non-designer brands but a much smaller selection compared to their designer collection. But now my biggest problem is getting through on the phone. I have been trying for 2 weeks now to try and make an appointment and/or put an order through for contacts but I can't get ahold of anyone through the phone. I even left voicemail messages. Frustrating. So I have now amended my original rating of 4 stars to 2 stars.
