I went in for an eye exam and to shop for new eyewear. The service at this location was exceptional. Fiorella was very patient and kind when picking out my lenses. She offered her expertise in what suited me best. I am beyond pleased with my experience today. I will definitely be a reoccurring customer!

I have been a customer of Newmarket Optical for well over 20 years. I have always had wonderful experiences there. They have very knowledgeable, friendly, very patient and customer-service oriented staff. John (the owner) has always been very good to our family and we couldn’t be more appreciative. The last few times that I was there, Fiorella has helped me beyond words. She literally made miracles happen. My youngest son was in desperate need of a change in his lenses in order to drive and his lenses were literally ready for him to wear in less than an hour. Who can do that? Not only were they perfect, Fiorella even followed up with a call home to ensure that the lenses were okay! Literally OUTSTANDING customer service! Top job Fiorella and of course all the staff at Newmarket Optical, I thank you very much! I would recommend Newmarket Optical without a doubt! (Feb. 15-2022) I just wanted to add to this review. Yesterday, (Feb. 14-2022) my youngest son accidentally broke the wire that holds his glasses' nose pad and couldn't wear them as they were lopsided and were very uncomfortable. I wanted to send a HUGE shout out to Carole Barfitt. THANK YOU! THANK YOU! THANK YOU! Your customer service skills have knocked our socks off! Not only did you follow up with a personal & detailed voicemail message explaining what I needed to do, but your creative problem-solving skills came to the rescue for an 17 year old who was embarrassed to to go to his part-time job (according to him) looking ridiculous! The turn around time from when I placed the call to Carole explaining the situation, to solving the problem was less than 24 hours. Carole, I can't thank you enough for helping us out!

John and Fiorella both provide excellent service. Excellent selection and turn around time. They also provide optimal service to seniors. Fiorella was able to select the ideal frames for my mom and John had them fitted an ready within the hour. Thank you so much.

I bought two pairs of glasses here 2 weeks ago & just picked them up. I have to say, this place has amazing customer service. They were helpful when I was trying on glasses, walked me through the ordering process, and called right when the glasses came in. Each person I encountered was so welcoming and friendly. I highly recommend going to them.
