J	Jen Barbour on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went by today because my daughter’s glasses were stepped on and broken in unfortunate tiktok mishap ?. Our regular optometrist was closed for the weekend so we popped in with the hope they may be able to put her lenses in new frames. We did not buy the original glasses there but the lady who greeted us said she’d see if she could either source some frames or fix them, just to leave them there for a bit. When we returned she had fixed the frames by putting lovely new arms on the glasses. She asked my daughter if it was ok, if she liked them, which she did. We thanked her and asked how much it would cost. Nothing. She was just happy to help us. I love this place and wish I had caught our helper’s name, she was so kind. We will be back to get her next pair of glasses for sure!

Staff is so friendly, knowledgeable and just all around a pleasure to deal with. This was my second attempt at trying a progressive lens as the first attempt at another optical was a total disaster. The lady really took her time to understand my concerns and explain which option would work best for my needs and now i can’t go a day without them! I have recommended pearle vision to ALL my friends and family, not just because of the quality but because of the service that comes along with it.

The store is taking very careful measures during these uncertain times. I felt comfortable choosing my glasses, and it was reassuring to see only two customers allowed in the store at a time. Thank you to Regan who recommended the Erika style sunglasses by Ray-ban; I’m very pleased with them.

The Staff are friendly and professional and provide exceptional service. I ordered a pair of glasses and lenses. I was expecting to pay a portion that was not covered by benefits, however, I was covered by the location. This was not the case when I visited other places so I was very satisfied. I ordered lenses for my old frames. They came back but the staff was not satisfied with the result and sent that back to be redone. This was a good sign and I knew that I put my trust in good hands. Overall the turnaround time was good, considering we are in the middle of a pandemic with many restrictions in place. I highly recommend this location. Thank you for a great experience. I highly recommend Pearle Vision in the Upper Canada Mall - they are one of the few places that still truly understand what amazing service is. They continuously push a high standard with great quality and will do everything to ensure your satisfaction. In particular, Chelsea has worked with me to a number of times to make sure I get the product that will be most appropriate for me - even if that means returns for the store -she will make things right! My family and I won’t go anywhere else!
