★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited to get my boyfriend a new pair of glasses. We were helped by Ale, he was fantastic and knowledgeable, he went above and beyond in assisting us. I would recommend asking for him if you go there! Store was clean and very organized, easy to look at many pairs of glasses. Lots of variety.

He was courteous and helpful and made the process seamless. He offered great service and insights and I will most definitely return to this location to see Ale!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a very pleasant experience at LensCrafters, the optometrist (Dr. M. Chen) is very cheerful & down-to-earth informative. Ale is very professional and knowledgeable about lens & frames (material, durability, brands, trends etc.). Both services are pretty fast. I got my eyes examined and picked out my frames under 1 hour (note: during a weekday late morning). Overall, I will definitely go back for future check ups and frames! Thanks guys for the great service!

Again, as always, she demonstrated her superb customer service skills, helping me in all the areas of getting new glasses. Her extensive knowledge of the products, deals etc, her friendliness, true caring and professionalism are the wonderful qualities which make my every visit at Lenscrafters an absolutely amazing experience. Would highly recommend to everyone. You’ll never get disappointed if you place your “vision needs” in Jamie’s caring hands.

I was able to get a new prescription and ordered glasses with Ale right after! Great customer service team, I will definitely be back to this location!!!! Thanks !

Today, I made a decision to return to LensCrafters and was extremely pleased with the great service, support, advice and help from representative Ale. As a business woman, he was the first person to provide excellent selling skills mixed with great customer service than I have received in a long time. After purchasing 2 new pairs of glasses, I walked away feeling confident that returning to LensCrafters was the right choice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was at the mall the other day with my husband and we just happened to stop in at Lenscrafters to check about our insurance coverage we paid for when we purchased our glasses nearly one year ago. We were greeted by Ale, from the moment he greeted us to the moment we left the store it was the biggest pleasure dealing with him. He assisted us right away, no hesitation. I myself was getting replaced my frames and lenses, unfortunately their store did not have the frames I originally purchased but because of Ale he was able to get me the exact same frames, he took the time to check other stores, was on the phone and was able to order them for me! His attention and effort in helping us was incredible and beyond satisfying and appreciated!
I went back in today to pick up my glasses and once again had the pleasure of having Ale assist me with this! Thank you for your help and professionalism, your friendly demeanor and everything! Can't wait to see you again soon for glasses for our son! He is simply the best associate we have had the pleasure dealing with and he knows how to make customers feel great and so welcome! Every time we walk into the store if he sees us he makes sure that it is him that deals with us and our needs!! Thank you so very much Ale!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a wonderful experience I went in and was was extremely happy with the service I received. Ale is the best, amazing customer service he explained and breakdown everything so clear. I wasn't rushed or forced like other experiences that I had in the past. I told him my budget and he worked with me and I got the best deal possible, I would recommend anyone to stop by lenscrafters all the staff were very polite.
