Rather than listen to what my wife was asking, she insisted on repeating 4 times how the money exchange worked. She even went so far as to say that she was done with us as there is a line up. That didn’t fly with us, we wanted her to stop talking over her and answer our question , what turned out to be, a simple question. But she refused to look at my wife, while she asked it. This is the first person we have dealt with here that wasn’t good. We are members ,which she never asked, and subsequently charged us for the service. Very disappointed and couldn’t be bothered going back to be rudely spoken too again I’m sure. So terrible way to start off our trip planning.

When it was my turn to be served, a very polite young lady named Kristen said she would be able to assist me. She apologized for the wait but I assured her it was not an issue. She gave me her 100% attention and I did not feel like I was being rushed in any way. While waiting for the exchange, she gave me helpful travel tips and good places to see, as she has been to that location before. Before I left, she wished me safe travels and to let her know how my trip was. I will definitely come back to see Kristen again. Thank you!

T	Terrie White on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very very Disappointed. They sold me out of circulation currency without telling me. When I went to exchange it back they would not take it back. They should have told me I needed to spend it or return it within a certain period of time. Will not trust them again.

It is my first time going to Europe and she was very knowledgeable since she had told me that she had been to Europe before. She had even suggested some websites that might be helpful, since I wasn't really sure how much I should take with me. I am really glad I found this place, very convenient to get to and located right inside the mall.
