Do give yourself plenty of time when coming to CIBC as the line could be long, some time could take up to 30 minutes for your turn :). However the service is good so far.

The worst customer service ever. There was 8 people waiting in line only one person to help. The lady was helping the customer for more than 30 min while 8 others were waiting in line. If you want good and fast service i will never recommend coming to this cibc.

For the past 5 years I have been banking with this Branch of CIBC. I personally know many staff there. I do Wire Transfers from this Branch at least twice a year to Europe for my son's education fees and living. I have come across twice by now there has been considerable amount of delay in reaching the funds to the recipient. When there is a delay, naturally I am concerned and I would call the institution to start a follow up and the staff has a stereotype answer that they are following up with the concerned authorities and they do not have any update at the moment. This answer goes on for a week. As a matter of fact I have been waiting to get a firm answer since more than a week now not knowing when my money would reach my son's educational institution to pay his fees. This bank for me is becoming unreliable specifically in sending wire transfers. I would urge customers to apply their own due diligence while sending wire transfers using services of CIBC specifically this branch in order to avoid delays like how it happened in my case.

Management usually is helpful, however it shouldn’t take having to get a manager to help you with Something a typical counter clerk can easily do. Not to mention there hours are TERRIBLE! How is a working class citizen from out of town supposed to be in the city by 5pm when I usually work 10-12 hours/day, 6 days a week and usually work until atleast 6pm. Alberta, BC, Ontario and even Winnipeg locations are open until 7pm on Thursday and Fridays. And in Ontario open Regina’s regular hours on a Sunday! Needs more branches in rural Saskatchewan or open city branches later! Not everyone has a 9-5 job or lives in the worst city in Canada!!!

Staff are nice. Plenty of parking outside. No washroom for customer.

The bank looks nice and has a good parking lot dedicated to itself. There's also a drive-thru option, but that feels weird to me, so I haven't used it. Service seems fine, I've never had any issues here.
