TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM - Regina

Unfortunately, I didn't get a reasonable experience with this branch. I had a meeting with one of the bank officers requesting business account. I was supposed to receive an update by email, which never happened for more than 3 weeks. From my experience with other banks, I'm shocked with this poor level of service.

I have been a customer of TD's for so long(10+ years), started out good although unfortunately I had debt issues because of family needing extra help, so I made extra loans and such to make due with payment, you know how it is right? I am now making $20+ /hr being a CNC operator living with my GF on our own, we are doing fine for cash as we know financial fairly well, though THIS BANK!! decides to start putting HOLDS on the PAYOUT CHEQUE!? reason why? ..Bad Credit.. I never even checked my credit score in my life! My fault, Okay I should have knew better. Now I finally pay off my bank fees and close the account as I could no longer trust TD. being bank-less for a week is quite bad when you need to pay bills with prepaid cards(BMO hung up on me when I called to see if I could be 15min late for the appointment ). So I get my next cheque, A TD one, so I make it to the TD Branch in REGINA here, all the manager had to say to me was, "I worked here for 8 Years, I know they won't process your check." So yeah, could not cash my payroll check.. She did not recommend a way for me to cash it either, even when I was attempting to be polite and ask respectfully... Cash Money SAVED my day by telling me I can go back to the bank and ask for my cheque to be certified for $15, so I did, same bank, cashier was great! (Same with the previous cashier too.) Went back to Cash Money and for a fee of 40 sum bucks I received my well earned cash (Being a CNC operator lugging around heavy materials as carefully as possible with as few scratches as possible, and cutting with tools that rev past 20,000 RPM with a razor sharp edge to it is NOT EASY WORK! Why do I have so much issues obtaining my CASH!?) Thanks for reading if you did.. This is my story, and I wished it to have worked out between me and TD, Though they are now against me..Some will, Some won't, So what, Next!

I love the fact that you can bank early and later than most other institutions, but not enough tellers available, and long line ups and I question is what we're looking for. Products are good and I will +1 the service that I do receive from the bank!! ? ♥️ I will return and return evacuate again for it doesn't make me happy to not be able to give five stars ✨ ?

I do a daily bank deposit and a run every Wednesday morning to this particular branch. I took over a run at work 3 months ago, and had big shoes to fill. Coming to this bank on a daily basis at roughly the same time, is the best part of my day. Within a couple of weeks, now on a first name basis with pretty much everyone there, and they make me feel very welcome. There is an awesome chemistry among everyone I deal with, and am glad they make me feel like I'm part of the family. Please don't disrupt the prompt courteous feeling from everyone there. I'd thank each one individually, but instead just thank them all and to say THANK YOU!!!!!!! You all are awesome and thank you for being part of my day

Needed a post-dated cheque, they wouldn't issue me one, making me wait two weeks to get cheques delivered. A bank needs to hold onto my money and then give it to me when I ask for it. If I can't get a simple cheque for club fees then they're only doing half of that job. Will be looking for a new bank.

TD Canada Trust Bank is very friendly welcoming atmosphere. The bank employees greeting with smiles and each teller has a smile when taking glances while waiting in line for the next available teller. The bank employees do such a great job at customer service! Keep up the awesome work!

Unprofessional, confused staff at this branch. Watched them finish personal conversations while customers are queueing for help. 30+ min wait after an appointment time. Do not recommend.
