D	Drew Danko on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff are always very helpful and knowledgeable. However, how has there not been another person added to Monday nights? It's always packed with a lineup down the aisle and the poor singular person working the desk has way too much put on their plate dealing with people trying to send in packages with no lack of questions and folks trying to pick up packages. I'm surprised they're able to deliver the amount of customer service under these conditions. The wait time is absolutely brutal compared to what it would be with a logically staffed second body there.
S	Sakkona U on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible customer service. The lady couldn't scan my QR code and when I asked why? She replied "I don't know". I asked her what should I do then and if she could help but she kept saying is "I don't know". So I asked if there is a supervisor or someone else that might know why it is not working and she said "they don't know either" without even asking them. This is the second time she wasn't helpful. The first time, I wasn't even done at the counter and she goes to her corner and start using her phone while I am standing there. Very rude and disrespectful from her. I've never had issues with the other staffs, they are always willing to assist.

I was in a hurry to get it done they only have one person working the section which is odd as every other place even when it is in a shoppers had more then one person there. They were on break for 30 minutes. I only had a small return for Amazon I asked one of the employers to know if anyone could possibly help just scan it as I was running low on time and she literally walked past me and didn't say a thing. Do not come here clearly they are too cheap to hire a second person to help when someone needs to take a break.
R	Roxx56 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been to this location numerous times in the past over 10 years. I always had pleasant experience. Staff is very friendly and courteous. I read lot of negative reviews sorry folks I have to disagree with everyone of you. May be your lacking a little patience.

I was wondering if I can return my Bell Canada internet modem without a shipping label, but she told me not to worry and help me to complete the whole process. A big thank you that she is well deserved.
