Asked to get an item from the front and she threw a whole lot of attitude with myself and the seasonal employee who was trying to help me. I suggested somewhere they should let customers know the sizes that are displayed on the mannequin maybe on a card and she was so snappy with her response saying it can’t work like that. She went to the back to check for the item and came back to take it off the mannequin. When I asked if she’d like another size to throw up on the mannequin again she was so snappy and rude in her response. I only purchased the cardigan because my daughter really liked it but otherwise I wouldn’t have bothered.
I understand it’s a stressful time of the year but the store wasn’t super busy the morning before Black Friday and management shouldn’t take out their frustrations out on customers. It’s not my fault you’re understaffed (only three associates working at cash) and running out of products.
I’ve come in the store and dealt with a way nicer manager or district manager so I know this isn’t a regular thing. But very disappointed with my experience today.
