β β β β β I go here frequently since it's in my neighbourhood however every time I walk in there I get the worst competitive vibe from the staff. very rude manager, she clearly hasn't been trained enough to train the rest of her staff. I purchased a top from there last month and it was one day past the refund day (you get 7 days for refunds, ridiculous) and when I tried returning it the manager was very aggressive and told me they have "a strict policy", same day I drove down to Hillcrest mall and they returned it for me with no problem at all. they wasted my time because clearly it is not that strict of a policy if its just 1 day passed. all the girls on the floor are rude and don't care about you they just want to make commission. so disappointing.

β β β β β Had a very happy experience here,people here are very friendly and helpful,the manager even recommended me a nice looking coat which I am very satisfied. Good place to go for some classic and fashionable cloth.

β β β β β Iβve been here twice. The first time I was completely ignored, went to Hillcrest Aritziaand was welcomed as soon as I walked in and helped they were fantastic. The second time, I came to return something and there was such a terrible attitude from the woman at the cash desk. She seemed visibly angry that I was returning something. Iβll always make the drive to another aritzia even though I live in this area.

β β β β β Shoutout to Kaitlyn (hope thatβs spelled right)!! My mom and I were in yesterday shopping as celebration for my new job and Kaitlyn made our experience like no other! She recognized us from coming MONTHS before and was truly a pleasure! We let management know how great she was but I wanted to give another shoutout to her for being so incredibly helpful.
As a side note she helped order some pieces for me online and when I got home today (the following day) my pieces were already on my doorstep waiting.
Thanks again Kaitlyn - we look forward to coming back to have you help style for us ?

β β β β β Shame on the staff here. Very disgusted by the service. I never have this issue at any other location. They profile people by how they look. If I go on with a designer bag k get approached. But I went in yesterday dressed very casual without a designer bag. And was in the store walking around looking at and holding items for 25 minutes and NO ONE approached me.
I even looked around and tried to make eye contact with some of the staff and they ignored.
Iβll never go in this location again and Iβll be sure to spread the word to everyone I know about the way the staff treats people based on how they look.
This needs to be addressed asap.
