Clear out 1/2 the sale items and send them to the putlet centre on Dufferin st.in Vaughan. Friendly sales staff. But Promenade mall store is more attentive and much better organized.

The store has a great selection of items, and you know that if it's from Melanie Lyne, it's quality stuff. They gladly processed a refund for me and issued me a store credit that does not expire, since I missed their (short) 14 day return window. But I didn't lose any money, and I look forward to shopping there soon with my credit.

I went in with my mom wanting to return a top that was 2 weeks over the return deadline and at first they said they wouldn't be able to return it but after some digging they found a way to return it and my mom was able to get something she liked and would wear. Thank you for taking the time to help us out, greatly appreciated! We will be back :)

I was worried because previous experiences proved that employees tend to become irritated after customers don't buy stuff but I was positively suprised. The employees there were super sweet and understanding. They even helped us figure out what type and color dresses would best suit us and made sure we didn't leave until we knew what type of dress we wanted. I would definitly recommend this store if nothing for its customer service.

Friendly and helpful and even though I had pretty much chosen they still let me try on like 7 other dresses and came to check on me and tell me what they thought after each one! Not cheap dresses but the experience was really great and more than made up for it. Would definitely go again.

Two of the employees were whispering about the customers, that is not the way to make customers feel welcome. Do better, work on your customer service!
