★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lululemon sell the best tennis ? or workout men's ? shorts. Wide waistbands, tailored leg and good size pockets with auxiliary change and key zippered pockets. Some of the colors are plain but coral and red are outstanding. It's simply a matter of getting what you pay for ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kyle was so personable..he took care of my exchange super quick and you could tell he was smiling through his mask. I miss not getting the reusable bags when ordering online so it was really great that he offered me a bag for my exchange!

She asked me if they could help me find something I asked if they have any thought about she said she's never heard of it then went and asked her co-worker she said she never heard of it either but they have the audacity to laugh hysterically behind my back like really you've never heard of an effing song about before what a joke! You're obviously working in the wrong place

I had a pair of leggings with the tag but no reciept , they didn't fit me and the employee allowed me to exchange anyways and she didn't give me a hard time about it ! She was really helpful in finding me the right size and make that I wanted !! Unfortunately I didn't catch her name .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was at this location this week and was surprised at how terrible the staff were. I was barely acknowledged and when asking for sizes in the change room area the blonde girl working that area rolled her eyes. I wanted to purchase several items, however I was turned off by the sales associate. I will be purchasing from the Yorkdale location. This was on Wednesday around 2:30-3pm

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Drive 45 minutes each way to Newmarket to buy a Team Canada jacket for my wife. The sales rep placed it in a bag without removing the security device. I emailed the store to complain and all they said was “”sorry, you can take it to another store to remove the tag”. So now it’s on me to correct the store’s mistake at my time and expense. Won’t be going back to Lululemon. Terrible customer service
