Elmex I think her name was. I'm very happy with her customer service was a A+ couldn't be any better. She new all her clothings and where everything was and was quick .

Terrible customer service. Its completely different treatment when you're returning vs buying. They give you so much attitude and changes policies on a wimp to fit their needs vs customer satisfaction. Do not shop at this location.

I bought 2 items 3 days before we went into lockdown. Went to return 1 of the items with my receipt as soon as the store opened back up and they gave me a refund of $11.28 on a gift card for an item that I paid $29.99 + tax for by cash. They're excuse was they had to refund me current value since its "past 30 days".....even though I would of returned it within 5 days if the stores didnt close..... Very dissapointed in the massive company H&M is and cant even do right by the customer....especially considering how much I shop here. Every other retailer ive bought and returned stuff to because of the lockdown gave me zero problems.....

Poor customer service. Very little options especially for men and kids. I usually enjoy shopping at H&M but this particular location gives me no desire to visit. I almost never go in whenever I’m at Upper Canada Mall

Last night I was at H&M (Upper Canada Mall) and I wanted to purchase a black dress. This dress was on the (up to 70% off rack). It was regular $40 marked down to $30. Unfortunately, it had a very obvious stain of some kind on it. However it fit well and I like it and was possibly going to take my chance and purchase it. Hopefully I would be able to remove the stain somehow. I took the dress along with a few other items to the cashier to purchase. I showed the cashier the stain/spot on the dress before she scanned it to see if there could be any further discount on the dress considering the state of the item. She was very quick to acknowledge the stain/spot due to fact of how large and obvious it was. At this point, she called over her Store Manager to show her and ask if it could be marked down further. At this time, I did observe the Store Manager was talking to someone and seemed annoyed that she was being called to the cash desk. The Store Manager (unfortunately I did not get her name - it was February 28 approx 5:30pm) was very abrupt and rude. She barely even looked at me and said β€œNope, no further mark down, that’s it, and it cannot be returned, end of story”. Then she walked away and continued a personal conversation with a friend who was visiting her in the store. My observation was that the Cashier seemed surprised by the Managers actions as well. It was very bad customer service for a person at management level. I was disappointed and not prepared to take my chance and purchase the dress at this point. It’s not necessarily about the fact that $30 is a huge amount of money - It’s that the amount of damage really should have brought the dress down to half price, at least. Due to fact that, if I tried to remove the stain and was not successful, it’s $30 thrown away because it could not be returned. For $20 I may have been willing to take that chance. Due to the rude customer service I received from this Store Manager, I decided not to purchase the dress, or any of the other 4 items that I was planning to buy. It was as a bad experience and I don’t believe I will shop at this H&M again thanks to this Manager's behaviour.

Clean & nice H&M store at Upper Canada Hall with many trendy pieces! I got Abhi as my Sale Associate, she was very friendly & helpful. She advised & reminded me to redeem the points to get 20% off when I paid. Good model to the store. One stop shop for the whole family and we got 4 items in less than 10 mins.
