★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went in the store all the employees were talking to each other. When I got to the desk it didn't seem like they wanted to help. I asked for information on plans as I'm currently with telus. They gave me short rude answered I asked some more questions quickly I realized I was not welcome in the store. Me and my friend left.
The worst part is I tried to do everything online or over the phone (waited over an hour on hold) they said I have to go in store and when I did it was a terrible experience.
I wouldnt go again.
Eager to change phone providers if u know any deals hit me up.

Went to this location yesterday to get my upgraded phone. Spencer one of there employees had went to back up the phone told me that it would take 3 hrs for the pictures to go to the new phone . Well pictures did not come though and there pics of my deceased daughter. Thanks so much I can never get these back. He told me he does 20 backups a day. The store manager is completely useless doesn’t know what he’s doing . This store should be shut down. At least hire people that know there products. These pictures I can never get them back . Thanks so much . I’m only giving a star cause it won’t let me put nothing

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I give them a zero if I could went in to ask for assistance for when they ported over my phone. Girl was leaning against the display showing an unwillingness to help when I ask for help she wouldn't even let me explain she just said we don't do that here and that's it.
I don't know why I keep coming back to this store expecting a different result clearly the store needs new staff and trained and knowledgeable staff. Very poor customer service!
