Being quoted 10x times higher prices than from other suppliers in the area. The costs are way out of line or they are just trying to turn away new customers for some reason. First experience there was with a person who had no interest in helping us. The most recent experience was dealing with "Tina" who was very professional and a great help. One item Nedco is a distributor for cost $0.50 from other sources. We need 100 of them. The quote we received is $7.00 each. If you can't supply something or have to source it from another dealer say so. Doing this only causes us to not trust you or bother trying to give you any other business. We need suppliers who we can trust and not find out after you walked out of the store you paid multiple times more for an item. Nedco has some great selection and locations. Unfortunately, our experience of this one has not been very good. Our review will be updated if anything changes.

Rude, unprofessional and unapologetic. Extremely overpriced goods. Mauro Zanardi is an employee who hasn't been briefed on how to deal with customers, especially electrical contractors who happen to live in the area. Never going back, complete waste of money and a whole lot of unexpected attitude. Was having a great day till I walked into your store. Thanks for the horrible experience. I wonder why other electrical suppliers are doing so much better!

I spoke with a gentlemen named PAUL regarding a specific 240 receptacle I required for my shop. He asked I provide pictures, prior to leaving my shop, to which I did. I am located 42 minutes away, and informed him I would be on my way, and would be happy to pre- pay for the item to hold it until the following hour, he informed me this was not necessary, and that the item would be available . Upon getting to the store, I was informed that they " do not have stock until tomorrow, and that it wasn't his problem that we spoke, as he hadn't checked the stock prior.... As a business owner myself I was baffled and intrigued by this comment ". I asked why this oversight would not have been addressed prior to my leaving, and was informed the following "buddy, you got a problem- go to O'Neil's" . And so I did, and have never been happier. I do have to wait on my stock, however at least I was informed of this prior to making my trip. Thanks O'Neils, and thank you Paul for being their best form of advertising, I hadn't known of them prior to our correspondence. Stay safe and all the best.

I'm not sure about some of the negative comments and reviews that I have read on here. I have dealt with Mauro and other staff members. I can tell you Mauro offered me great information and great customer service in handling my needs and situation. I would definitely recommend Nedco, and I found the pricing very fair.

I have been to this location many times before. The service has been fairly good for the most part. Today on the other hand the service was not so good. Went to Nedco to pick up a box of cat5e cable. The gentleman was fairly helpful, showed me the cables they had and looked up the different prices. He also mentioned they only sell it by box and it contains 300m or 1000’. I told him that that is what I was after. Once I got the cable home I was about to start running it when I thought I should have a look at the marking number on the cable. It was at 0650’ so I thought I would open the box and check the number on the other end, sure enough it was 0000’. Wow really, I’ve been ripped off 1/3 of the box. How is it short if they only sell it by the box? Meters on the cable also read 202M and 000M. Edit** The next morning I brought the box back and told the gentleman working about the issue and he went right to the back and grabbed me a new box, no questions asked. I checked the marking numbers on both ends before taking this box. Very happy with the way the issue was resolved.
