I would give them 0 stars if possible. Horrible experience . Items were mixed up and some where not received. Customer service was dreadful

JW was able to accommodate a last minute request for printed team t-shirts and were able to assist with logo as well. Would highly recommend!

Being a new manager of a kids hockey team I was overwhelmed at the amount of jerseys socks jackets pants etc etc. That was for the team alone. Then add parent orders as well. Lots of work. Joanne was a dream to deal with as I had many questions and a few additional orders to submit. Definitely a great place to order through. Thanks for being so patient with me!

Dissatisfying Experience!!!! I've had such a difficult time, especially when dealing with Warren (the manager) at JW Athletics, also with the third-party who uses them as a supplier. Warren made receiving the uniform I had ordered for my son's U11 Basketball team season very stressful and had overall left me feeling as though he didn't value keeping his word to his customers when it come to saving a buck. I had ordered a team jacket for my son, that was supposed to read his last name 'Khan', in December. It is now March 22, two weeks before my sons seasons finals and I still do not have the jacket! Upon originally receiving the jacket 3 weeks ago my son's last name was spelled incorrectly, reading 'Kham' instead of his last name 'Khan', although his name was spelled correctly on other ordered uniform pieces, meaning the error was not my mistake! Upon realizing the inaccurate spelling of his name on the jacket I immediately took the jacket back to the manufacturer JW Athletics the Friday before March Break, to resolve this matter considering I was told I was unable to receive a refund for the jacket my son would get to wear to one game. To resolve the matter I was to told to deal with Warren who I found to be very dismissive and repulsive in the manner he dealt with his mistake and the way he decided to address me, a black, female paying customer. Warren at the least owned up to the misspelled name as being his mistake, it was at that point Warren had given his word to directly deliver the jacket to my home in Woodbridge considering I do not drive at the moment and I live about 45 mins away from Newmarket, where his office is located. I was told I would receive the jacket on Wednesday, March 15, 2017. I waited until Friday and to my dismay I did not receive it. On Monday I contacted Warren for the whereabouts of my sons jacket, he verified that he had the correct address that he was expected and promised to send the jacket to and with that he stated I would receive the jacket within the week. That Tuesday evening at 6:15pm I noticed an email from the third-party stating that the jacket is now in their possession and they would only be in the office until 6 on Wednesday & Friday for me to pick it up. Both the manufacturer and the third-party knew it was almost impossible for me to come down during the week in order to make it for that time to pick up anything from their office, yet they continue to place the blame on each other stating the mistake was the other parties fault. Although both parties knew that I was not driving and go to school in Toronto during the day, they both dismissed what I had to said, instead of either of them trying to rectify the matter they were again attempting to put me out of my way in order to get something that I had paid for almost 4 months ago, only to receive it right before the end of season finals. That is horrible business practice, and I recommend to everyone who is considering conducting business with JW Athletics to be very cautious before making any business transaction with JW, you might want to take a look at other manufacturers such as 'Teamco' in Markham, 'Merchants' in Scarborough, 'FairPlay Sportwear' in Richmond Hill to name a few. Keep in mind that JW Athletics are unable to stand behind promises made to their customers, they are unable to keep their word and are quick to place the blame on someone else.
