T	Terry P. G. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Golf town is the place if you are a golfer or a pretend golfer like me. It was busy the day I went and their was a line up outside partly because of Co-vid Protocols which I appreciate. Everything you need for golfing can be found here.

E	E Y on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love the Aurora location. But a month ago the the supervisor/manager told me when I entered the store at 5.37pm (closes at 6pm) that the store would be closed in 5 mins. Enoubugh said. He was more interested in his closing up than a good customer experience. I have had very good experience for many years until that point.

In any event they had a good selection of clubs, clothing and accessories. The service was slower than hoped, although maybe because it was busy. I already knew what I wanted so I can't comment on how knowledgeable they are, but most golftown employees are well trained in my experience. No complaints.

Last weekend I bought a new pair of Adidas Golf shoes and the gentleman Jim who assisted me was really knowledgeable and found me the perfect pair of shoes. I was impressed with his professionalism and the way he treated me. I would recommend folks to seek him for golf shoes.
B	Brian Lia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely disappointed in the service. My impression is that staff is not interested in providing any service the customer is more of an inconvenience. I had intended to replace a shaft on my five iron but walked out of the store after standing in front of the counter listening to three employees have a personal conversation. Not one asked me if I needed any assistance or advised me that they would be with me in a few minutes.

I came to buy shoes and not a single associate asked to help me… Which left me to look through boxes until I found my shoe/size. The cashier was also somewhat arrogant. Meh. I’ll find another store.
M	Matthew T on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to get my clubs re-gripped and received great service. When I returned days later for pick up, I asked if I could test out the feel of my new grips in the bay. Pro shop guy had no problem with it. However, while I was lacing up my shoes, some chubby dude was questioning me about using the bay; saying "I can't let you hit balls all day" I was the only one there and I hadn't even hit a single ball. Rather than engaging me and helping, he made me feel like I was imposing on his fancy golf bay, like a bouncer at a club. I hit three shots and left. I will spend my money elsewhere.
