We visited the Spartan Fitness located at Yonge and Davies and spoke to the Store Manager and suggested which equipment is right for us. We purchased a Treadmill and spin bike and we love it! Thank you Raymond for great customer service.
A	A Bake on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer service was non-existent. I've been here twice. The first time I read the sign on the door which said to wait for someone to come. I waited for about 2 min and knocked on the door, absolutely no one was around. The second time actually staff was around. I waited at the door like the sign indicated. There was a staff member that looked at me then just looked down at his phone and seemingly wandered around aimlessly. I let myself in and quickly checked what they had out on display. They didn't have what I wanted and even if they did I doubt I would have purchased from them on principle. I don't care if staff acknowledge me, but this seemed like blatant ignoring. 1-Star reviews are reserved for absolutely atrocious customer service but since this was no customer service they graduate to a 2-Star. Will not be returning.

A	Aaron Gabrielse on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchased a recumbent bike on Dec 23rd, tried to return it on the 24th and was told by the salesperson there might be a 20% restocking fee. Waited for him to contact his manager, Raymond, who then confirmed a 20% restocking fee would apply for my unopened, unused, still in the original packaging purchase from the day before. Return policy on the website only mentions a 2% charge for purchases made with a credit card over $1000. Even though I met all the conditions for a return, the salesperson was only willing to come down to a 10% restocking fee. I even showed him the return policy posted by the front desk. Anyway, I won't shop here again. The salesman was not knowledgeable, neither was Raymond, the manager. Never shop here.
