Vacworks got me set up with a new, larger model and were very fair to me. No looking back as the money was well spent here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I needed to replace the handle for my central vac hose. The gentleman asked me if I really only needed to get a new switch, to which I replied that would be great if possible. He checked a bin of parts and found a used switch which fit my handle. He did not charge me, and I installed it with no problem. Great customer service. I will be back to purchase a longer hose next year. Thanks

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ had called the company to service my central vac. the tech came did nothing but change the bag and handed me a bill for 110$ did not do any service or cleaning. would never use this company again I cant justify paying that amount when a bag that I could of changed myself.
