★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The central vacuum set is okay--lacking in quality compared to my old HooverPowerhead. Too many levers have to be pushed to start the unit to vacuum. Too many connections have to be made or else it will keep losing power.. From the time I ordered, the set came the next day. The price was reasonable for such a system. Karen was helpful whenever I emailed or phoned her with a question. In person buying would've been preferable but during this Covid, it's impossible. All in all my experience was good in buying online

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They were closed, I never noticed as its a different time zone, the lady answered the phone in her car while driving home,She took my order and shipped it the next day. My only complaint was $10 shipping via purolator for one tiny belt but they don"t like Canada post.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great advice. Super friendly staff (Joe and Karen). Good prices. But most of all they really care about the products they sell. I bought a new Cana-vac unit to replace a 20 year old Hoover unit. Don walked me through how to install it myself. And when I came back with a tricky set up in my basement Don provided exactly the parts I needed and clear instructions on how to sort it out. Perfect 10/10 self installation. I’m glad I drove from mid town TORONTO. Much better service than other dealers I visited.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was prepared to go and drop some coin on a high end brand name vacuum. Decided to call the experts and I’m so happy that I did. Not only did I save a ton of money I got a better vacuum also. Fast, efficient and so knowledgeable. Why would you go anywhere else?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Superb service. I bought a Central vac hose from Vacmaster about a year ago. We had some issues with the hose and communicated with the Vacmaster team. They were able to help us with the issue and replace our hose. I wasn't expecting that level of customer service. It's one of those times that I'm glad that I didn't buy from Amazon. Thanks Karen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very friendly, helpful and believe them to be honest and sell you the right product or service. They confirmed what I had already discovered on line, and we replaced powerhead on an extremely old Sebo. Old one could no longer get parts. They had one in stock that fit perfect and works great.
Better than old one. The price was same as available on line. So was better with no waiting and shipping costs. With them selling to us, we also qualified for the 10 year extended warranty for free because they are a full service dealer? That was bonus did not expect.
Was very happy with them.
