★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After doing some research I chose to get a Miele vacuum cleaner, so I found this company online and decided to go with them.
The ordering process went smoothly and in 3 days I received my vacuum via Canada Post.
The vacuum works as intended and I'm pretty happy with it.
The store also sent me a couple of instructional videos about usage and taking care of this particular model,
and also a personalized message about my purchase, which is a nice touch in my opinion ?

Customer service is outstanding. In my last order I purchased two of the same part (second was for my son). Almost immediately I got a call verifying if I actually meant to buy two of the same or it was done in error. Prompt shipping.
I definitely recommend Vacuum Warehouse as a retailer you can trust.

If you are looking for one of the brands they carry then probably you will find a ton of information on the product from Vacuum Warehouse. For our Miele vacuum, the videos and information provided on their website was critical in answering common questions the user would have - very pragmatic and relevant angle and focus. That was such a breath of fresh air from what we have been used to either seeing from manufacturers that have to be taken with a grain of salt, or sales people - who understandably have a job to sell their products. Rod on his videos tells you exactly what to expect, and what are the main positives, strengths, capabilities, performance and application across different floor types. At the store it was the same experience - it was upfront and honest, no pressure or hard-selling in our experience at the store. Oh, and the machine we bought is fantastic. Awesome experience!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought one of Miele vacuum cleaners in April from Vacuum Warehouse store online and just couple of days later this same vacuum cleaner went on sale. I was a little sad that I didn’t wait for the sale but it was such an excellent product that I didn’t regret buying it. I was very satisfied and I needed a good vacuum since I am a residential cleaner in Calgary. Yesterday I saw a Vacuum Warehouse ad on Instagram with the same vacuum that I purchased and commented about the great quality of the product and they contacted me and promptly refund the $200 difference of regular price and sale price. Needless to say, I was pleasantly surprised. That was fast and great customer service! ? That made my day!

What is so special about the vacuum warehouse is that they provide comprehensive educational video content about the vacuums which makes the purchasing decision much easier! Not only that but they also send follow up videos post purchase to help with set up and general understanding of the vacuum! Very happy with my purchase and with the whole experience! Thank you Rod!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing vacuum! Simply amazing. I have a dog who sheds a ton and no vacuum (even those expensive ‘high’ powered ones!) has performed as well as the Miele.
The Vacuum Warehouse delivered the vacuum as promised (I think it came in 2 days!) and they followed up to make sure the product was what I expected and if I needed any help with anything. That’s what I call high quality after care! Rare these days.
Thanks so much Vacuum Warehouse and Miele for making my life a bit easier :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On the recommendation of friends who bought their Miele from Vacuum Warehouse, we purchased our Miele C3 Excellence online also from Vacuum Warehouse. Delivery service was prompt and before receiving the package, Vacuum Warehouse emailed us helpful videos on the operation of the vacuum cleaner. The equipment is quiet and the suction is even stronger than we expected. The vacuum does not release any odour while in operation so the filtration system is as good as advertised. We are very pleased with our purchase as well as with the personalized service offered by the company. We highly recommend to anyone wanting to purchase a Miele vacuum to buy it from Vacuum Warehouse.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a problem with my Hetty Compact 160 (she's perfect I love her). Rod called me back even though it was Sunday, his day off, and worked out the issue with me over the phone. Last time I needed help, he was just as efficient and things were resolved immediately. This kind of customer service is rare these days and I really appreciate it. Check out his Vacuum Warehouse YouTube channel too, his demonstrations there helped me pick the right vacuum!
