I am so sorry I went there, I only did because I had the groupon and I had already paid for it. I should have read all the reports beforehand because I wouldn’t of gone at all! I found their nail polish very thick like it was old. The lady who did me wasn’t friendly at all it was like she just wanted to get on with her day and make as much tips as she could! I felt like I was a. Piece of meat on a assembly line. They may as well have had a robot doing her job. I would’ve had better care , and better conversation if it was! I don’t know where they get these people from but they clearly are not fit to work with people! There is the lady there not too far from me, who didn’t get any water from her feet to go in when she was having her plan appear. After complaining she got her water but she did feel uncomfortable as her feet warm to soak do you laugh and you get the loose skin off. She also cut another ladies cuticle Way too short because she screamed out in pain because it looked like it was bleeding! I was on my way out so I didn’t know what happened after that! They should’ve paid me to go there and I still wouldn’t have and I’m so sorry that I did ! Never again and I was enough people took the time to complain or there would’ve been a lot more complaints and I am reading now! I was just there once and this is what happened to two people ! I am so mad and disappointed they have not heard the end of this as I’m going to call the better business bureau and group on because this! Do yourself a favour and stay well clear of this place!

They look so stressed and do not accommodate what you want to do . I have bought groupon coupon and felt like I was cheated for the work . Extremely bad work. My fake nails came off next day . I did for my vacation and I was so upset with my horrible nails . I will not recommend this place at all unless owner takes a good stand and reach out to her costumer for apologies .
A	Ashley Ascano on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely horrible. Went in for a shellac polish change and the lady buffed my nail so harshly that it reached the actual skin. I told her i was in pain and she continued to be rough and said that my nail was thin bc i had gotten shellac so many times. I have never experienced such a painful and horrible service. Its been a month and my nails are still destroyed, half of my nail has come off on my thumb. Deffinitely do not recommed.

It was the most painful manicure and pedicure I’ve ever had and she even made my toe bleed. The job was very poor and sloppy. Felt like they just wanted to make your money and get you on your way. Not to mention that my shallac mani started chipping only a few days after. I had to go elsewhere to get it redone. Do not go there if you want your nails done well!!!

There is a lady already inside doing her pedi, when I leave the lady still going her pedi, but my pedi and mani was done less then an hour. I brought a Groupon, I feel cheated for my service, she cut my skin off my fingers 2 times, it was bleeding... She said sorry but still it seems like unprofessional and this is first time I ever got bleeding from doing Mani Pedi. I will not coming back again for sure.

We walked in, it was clear the ladies didn't speak much English and that is fine, one of them wiped the area real quickly while we were trying to get ready for the service, that should have been done when we were checking in. All I know is that 5 of my fingers bled when she cut my cuticles, she applied some antibiotic mixture that frankly I did not trust. I went with a friend, the color she chose for her nails wasn't available. The lady who worked on my hands was stretching and cracking her neck before me like she was extremely exhausted. There were old clips of nails on the table she didn't bother cleaning. I just don't understand why do the job so half-heartedly? Very unprofessional. Just for information I asked for facial options, the facial person 'upstairs' wasn't there. I asked for the hair stylist, she wasn't there either. Then the lady asked me if I wanted a trim, she could do a straight trim for $25. Um, no thank you. To top all of the terrible experience she charged us tax at our exit that was not mentioned anywhere on the groupon promotion. Very misleading.

The pedicure was much better, but the shellac manicure was sloppy. They don't use cuticle gel or allow you to soak Your hands beforehand, which I thought was odd. It was actually painful and extremely uncomfortable. Two of my fingers swelled up the next day. I definitely won't be coming back.
S	Susan L on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I did a shellac manicure and pedicure with Groupon. I just paid the difference extra for the shellac pedicure. I thought I'd give it a try, it was a nice place. The first lady who did my pedicure was nice but look tired of doing her job. She did an okay job with my pedicure...but when another lady did my manicure I asked her to do a certain design and she said she can do it. Well first off she was rough with my manicure just grabbing my hand and my hand wasn't soaked in water which I thought was odd. She went crazy with the cuticle cutter and made me bleed. She looked sincerely sorry about it but was still rough & should have been a little bit more gentle. I was just trying to be nice cuz I can tell she was having a bad day and it was so obvious on her face. On top of that, she kept answering her phone so I let her but let's be real, its super unprofessional. She had difficulty doing the design i wanted so I asked to do French manicure instead. She said okay that's easy. I was just being nice and she did a really hideous job. The white tips were all crooked and uneven. Nobody was in a smiling mood even though they were nice, the lady I had for my manicure was very frustrated for some reason. Customer service is priority and you get more customers that way and with the end product being #1 you could have customers coming back guaranteed. Sadly I'm not coming back.
