★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I also received infection after receiving a procedure from Forouzan. I wish I saw these reviews earlier. all the reviews showing up after online search belong to Groupon. Groupon populates positive fake reviews and sensors any real reviews from the actual users of the products and services from Groupon's clients to encourage public to purchase more vouchers and that's how they make money ie advertising by fake reviews ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ She is very professional I m done eyelash extensions and skin tag removals whit her it was so perfect my eyelashes is so beautiful and natural and also I haven’t seen even the spots of the skin tag she is so nice and friendly I strongly recommend .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ She is nice but don't get your eyebrows done here! I really regret it! My eyebrow are totally different right and left. One straight one curved and one is higher than the other?! And a few lines sticking out totally out of the area of my brows. They look really terrible! It's been 3 years and the mistakes she made are still very visible!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had my lashes done here, it was good. But when she did my eyebrows microblading, I had to go back 3x for her to fix it cuz one is higher than the other. Another thing, she offered to remove my skin tag which i regret soo bad that i said yes. She rubbed it with a cloth ever after burning the skin tag which left a lot of scab on my face. The skin tag i had before doesnt look as bad as when she removed it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got a groupon for lash extensions. She herself is delightful but I don’t like my lashes at all. They are shorter than my natural lashes and overly curly. Basically, the opposite of what I asked for. I wanted long but straighter lashes for a more natural look.
A real shame because she is a lovely person. Hopefully a one off.

The lashes turned out better than I expected and it was clear the esthetician had high standard for the work she does. My lashes were harder to work with than she expected and she took the time to finish it well patiently. She was nice, pleasant, and very responsive over the phone and text msgs when making appointments.
The spa entrance was on the discreet side and had a set of stairs going down a level. Once I entered it did feel like a completely different space than it looked on the outside, and had a cool vibe to it with nice decor. One thing that could be improved would be their sound proof mechanism- I could hear every word of other customers conversations in the next room but I focused on enjoying the music they were playing so that was ok.
Overall a great experience and would go again.
Update: the lashes lasted over 4 weeks- very impressed
