β β β β β Terrible!!!...no one EVER answers the phone, they could care less...its literally run by children. Its an over priced babysitter. I would Never send my children back there. My daughter left still not knowing how to ride a bike, they pretty much left her to do what she wanted. Also make sure not to leave ANY of your childrens belongings behind or you will never see them again. A counselor put my childrens belongings in his back pack. I called and emailed for a MONTH straight only to be lied to and brushed off. (All of my childrens belongings had their names CLEARLY labeled) A month later my childrens belongings were returned completely damaged and I was told they might have been chewed by animals as they were left outside over night!!!! I wish I was joking but this is Exactly what I was told.

β β β β β Your experience will vary depending on who you get as an instructor. My daughter whos 4yrs old went through two pedalhead programs. The first one was the balance bike course where the instructor did nothing to help the children learn to ride. I mentioned this on the first day via email, and then again on the 2nd day and on the 3rd day I spoke to someone at headoffice located in BC. Knowing that nothing was to be done about this, I found the site manager who was extremely helpful and agreed with my assessment. By this time the week was almost over (short week because of the holiday) and there was not much he could do. He said that my daughter would be okay if she advanced to Level 1 and the instructor was much more experienced. We did as suggested and in a couple weeks time enrolled at a different location in Richmond Hill. Again we got a very green instructor but this time, our teacher was more attentive and made an effort to try to help our daughter ride without training wheels. I feel like the pedalheads program is as good as the instructor + your child's desire to ride. I do recommend Pedalheads but you might have to be a bit of a tiger mom to get the instructor's attention to give your child more instructions if need be.
