I always feel completely comfortable and trust her wholeheartedly. She has never tried to upsell me like many other places have in the past. I highly recommend Yana and skin med for any cosmetic treatments or laser.

Not only they are very professional with their overall work and setting, but also really take care of their clients. I really enjoyed my laser hair removal treatment! It was completely painless and very effective. Delivered with excellent customer service and conversation. I would definitely recommend this service to others. It is always a relaxing experience. Overtime I go, I leave happy! I highly recommend!
M	MJ Lops on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a devastating experience to booked an appointment for a skin wart removal. It was my first time to visit this clinic and Yana assisted me. Its not my first time to have my wart removed so all I thought is that, she'll apply a topical anesthesia first before starting the cautery procedure to my skin. But to my surprize, she just let me lie down and started to cauterize the targeted skin on my face, neck and some parts on my back without any anesthesia. It was extremely painful where i even screamed out loud in pain. It is like you were being electrified to death.This was the worst experience ever. Warning to those who will book for a dewartization , if your pain tolerance is low dont try to book with them. Not worth your money. I will rate this clinic negative zero.

Under her knowledgeble advice and great quality of work i can say my Nail issues are forever gonne. The usage of the laser for my nail fungus as well as the Jubilia that Yana recomended i can finally wear flipflops. Yana and SkinMed come highly recommended. Richard

E	Elle Merov on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I started seeing Yana for laser hair removal in April, I was told that I had to purchase a package that included 6 full body sessions that had to be paid upfront. Seemed strange but I went along with it. After my first session, I noticed a difference. Yana told me that by the end 80% of my hair will be gone and then I will have to keep coming back for maintenance every couple months. I had two additional sessions and then I noticed that the hair was still growing back at the same rate, in certain areas I felt like there was more hair. I vocalized my concerns to Yana but she told me that it’s just my hair and it’s a process and that it’s normal. So I proceeded, I had two more additional sessions and STILL had the same amount of hair growing back. At this point I was frustrated, I had one more session left and still had a full body of hair. Once again I shared my concerns, Yana was extremely rude. I felt like every time I was coming, she was rushing through the treatment, she was not focused. A full body treatment which is averaged to take 40-60 min was taking Yana 20 min! Coming in to my last session, I was disappointed. I told Yana how upset I was and she stated that after the 6 sessions only 40% of hair gets removed and that it’s my body hair. She continued to state that maintenance sessions will be 200 per session. For what? Made absolutely no sense. I went in to my last session and told myself I will never step foot in there again, and neither should you. Extremely disappointed. Yana is a very rude person and should learn to accommodate and listen to her customer concerns. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE.
