Even when there were minor issues with my mk5 GTI after having some work done, Phil dropped everything he was doing to meet me back at his shop after closing to take a look and fix the issue... They are incredibly honest, fairly priced and accommodating. If you have an Audi/Volkswagen then there really isn't anywhere else you should go to have work/maintenance done. I have dealt with multiple other shops that have either over charged me for what I was getting, did work that wasn't needed or just couldn't figure out the issue at hand. Phil and Lucas are not only incredibly knowledgable but also incredibly honest. That alone is hard to find in this industry as I am sure most people know. Thank you guys for all the awesome work!

We pulled up a few minutes earlier and Phil immediately took us in and completed our mechanical needs. Phil and Luke were very helpful and knowledgeable. We were looking to get the other work completed sooner rather than later. They provided us with suggestions and even referred us to another local shop to complete our other requests. They are extremely busy which is a great sign. Extremely professional, knowledgeable, kind and a fun bunch of guys. Looking forward to get new work done.

For example I told them that my car is misfire, loosing hp, and shake when idle. They said the carbon build up which cause these to happen. However their price is a bit pricey compare to other auto shop but compared to dealership which is nothing.
