K	Kathy Tse on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am so displeased with the service in this store. The guy (not Frank) at the store was so dishonest. He knew that I needed a vacuum power head in a hurry. He sold me the floor model at a high price. I asked for a discount because it's floor model and he gave me $10 discount with a "funny" remark. I was walking out the store with an unpleasant feeling. And I got even more upset and angry to find out later from his store website that I was paying the regular price or maybe even higher. There was no discount on the floor model. He intended to over-charge me. I will never walk-in that store again!!!

I went on line and found out that a Miele vacuum lasts for 20 years, so I was sold! I went to the Miele store in Newmarket, and they were sold out, so I searched in Richmond Hill, and they were also sold out. I phoned your store and luckily you had one and you put it away for me. I am very pleased!

I have been getting central vacuum service from Superior Home Systems for approximately 25 years and every time I have been treated with respect and served to full satisfaction. I puchased my central vacuum system as well as the hose and accessories from this place and in addition to finding their prices reasonable, their service is excellent. They go far and beyond their course of duty to help. Just recently I needed a new hose so, again, I went back to this place because I knew I would be served to full satisfaction. I mistakenly told the gentleman that I needed a 30' hose and when I got home I realized that I needed a longer 35' hose instead. So, I went back and the guy was so patient with me and cheerfully replaced the hose. In addition, he offered to replace the bristles on my vacuum power head free of charge. I also needed a small accessory and he said, "take it, I will not charge you for it". They stay behind what they sell and will resolve any issues that may come up down the road. I have peace of mind going to this place because they are the experts and know exactly what accessories are compatible with my home vacuum system. They provide excellent advice and I only need to make one trip there because everytime I get served to full satisfaction.

Before doing this installation, I did much research on different brands of central vacuums and central vacuum suppliers. I finally selected Beam Central Vacuum due to its performance and low sound level (78dBA). I picked Superior Home System because the owner, Frank, gave an honest recommendation on the Beam Serenity Sc398 and provided a competitive quotation. I actually validated his recommendation and quotation with other dealers. On the day of the installation, Mark, the technician showed up on time and did an excellent installation and cleaned up nicely afterward. He explained everything and answered all my questions. I have been using this new central vacuum for a while with no issues. I am quite happy with my purchase. I highly recommend Superior Home Systems to anyone looking for a new central vacuum.

He identified the problem easily, despite the fact that the source of my low air flow was a crack in my pipe in an obscure location made by a contractor who was installing a different item earlier in the year. Someone else may have missed this but Mike sniffed it out like a true professional. Price was fair and service was provided within the schedule that I needed. I highly recommend this company.
