Good quality, fine style and amazing customer service. Karen showed us around, explained the differences, searched for the exact colors and quality grade we want. She has an exceptional knowledge and patience. She made all the process so easy. We will also recommend it to our friends.

Chesterfield has by far the best quality couches compared to any other furniture store. Great customer service and amazing management. We are still waiting for our couch to be delivered but I’m so excited! We will be purchasing from chesterfield shop again once we own a home :)

We looked in a number of the high-end stores along King Street East in Toronto but found one that we loved at an excellent price at the Chesterfield Shop on King Street. The staff there were a pleasure to deal with and very accommodating and definitely knew their products well. We were particularly impressed by our Sales Representative Stephan Grill who not only took us through the various models that were available, patiently, but explained the pros and cons of each ... and when it came time to buy, he gave us a great price and we felt valued! While the delivery took longer than we'd like due to a variety of COVID-related supply chain issues, when the time came to deliver the sofa the team at the Chesterfield Shop were amazing - both the scheduling team under my new best friend Maria Passynkova and the men who delivered the sofa to the house and installed for us on time and without any fuss or hassle whatsoever. They even left a little bag of candies for us as a gift from the store to thank us for our business and apologize for the delay. All in all, a great experience in every way possible - highly recommend this business for anybody looking for a great product and great customer service. Thank You! Larry (and Family)

He made the process so easy and stress free. The Chesterfield shop also has so many customization options available that we did not need to go anywhere else. While our couch won't be coming in for a few months due to covid supply shortages, we highly recommend visiting The Chesterfield Shop and seeing Walter.
J	J Zweig on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our brand new sectional just arrived last week. We are extremely pleased! It is really comfortable, looks great, is exactly what we ordered, and is of very good quality. It took a loooooong time to come but 1) we were told this in advance, and 2) it's Covid times - we get it. Neither the customer nor the company wants these delays but what are you going to do during these times? You may be paying higher prices here than say The Brick or the like but in the long run it'll be worth it. Again, quality-made but also, the salespeople know their stuff. These are actual chesterfield SALESPEOPLE - not just someone the Brick hired because they needed a job (I don't mean to slam or single out the Brick here, I just mean any similar store and at the Chesterfield Shop both the product and the level of service are simply of higher quality). Most of the salespeople have been there for years and their knowledge shines through. I want to make special mention of Jim, the VP of Sales. We had a couple of issues to deal with along the way and the level of customer service we received from Jim was simply outstanding. He was courteous, generous, attentive and made us as customers feel extremely valued. A++

We found an excellent selection of Canadian made products and we lucked out with stock on a new model and colour. Loved the personal service and attention from Marty - he gave us great advice with no pressure. Delivery and set up was hands down the best furniture delivery experience we have ever had with any purchase in the past 25 years - very careful, explained the set up, and great customer service to match the buying experience. M	Michael Chiovitti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's been over a year since I purchased my theatre seats from Walter at the Chesterfield Shop and I've been wanting to leave a review about my experience and never got around to it but I just had to make the time because I can't say enough about how incredible this man was in helping me with my purchase. From my initial phone call when he cleared his schedule and allowed me to go in to see him within 5 minutes of me calling. He was a pleasure to deal with and extremely knowledgeable on all the different theatre seat options and configurations. I could sense his sincerity and genuine nature within minutes of meeting him and made a deal on the spot. The owner of the store, Pam reached out to me within days of my order and gave me her personal number and was like a personal concierge to me throughout the waiting process giving me regular status updates. I was so amazed at the level of service both Pam and Walter provided me with and the quality and function of the seats I purchased that I am looking to make another purchase of the same item for a family member right now. As for the seats themselves they are AMAZING!!! The are fully automatic and adjustable in multiple ways, they light up, have built in cup holders, tray tables and they're so easy to get in and out of - there's no sinking in and feeling like you've fallen and can't get up like some subpar couches and recliners out there. I would highly highly recommend The Chesterfield Shop and the Palliser line of Theatre Chairs!
