My time is running out for exchange. Even after purchasing they didnt provide me the delivery date. After few weeks when i contacted them then they delivered my sofas next day

The only complaint I had was related to loose buttons after some wear & team, this was addressed promptly and to my satisfaction.

We visited their showroom where they had all their open box / used staging furniture was displayed. If we had not known it was open box, we would not have been able to tell. The quality of the items was excellent, there so damage or marks on any of the items. The price for the items was very fair and the delivery charge was much much much less then we were expecting. The sales staff was helpful and welcoming. Overall, a great experience.

The stitching on one of the seat cushions ripped open, and they sent someone within that week to come fix it on site under warranty. I also have 2 medium sized dogs that are allowed on the sofa, and it has held up amazingly well for 3yrs (and more t come). Would purchase again!

The service was prompt and very professional, the delivery (to Saskatchewan) was seamless, the packaging was secure and adequate and the product was above perfection. The delivery men were professional, punctual, careful and very polite. I had many (many!) questions before my purchase and their customer service was absolutely wonderful. They were accommodating and so very patient with me. I'm tremendously happy with my experience and have been recommending SLK Home to everyone I know!

Both pieces were unboxed outside and installed for us in our home. Amazing customer service from start to finish. The furniture is beautiful; the quality materials used and sleek modern mid-century design will keep us coming back!
