Encore was a joy to work with in creating the perfect brunch for a very special birthday girl! The food was sensational and the presentation was so elegant! It was such a joy to work with the team and we look forward to celebrating another occasion with them.

Encore catered our daughter's and son in laws magnificent tented wedding at an outdoor venue on Aug 29/2021. They are extremely professional, competent, and very easy to work with. We are still receiving rave reviews about the quality of the appetizers, main dishes and extras throughout the night. The portions were beyond and all of our guests were totally satisfied. We were overwhelmed with calls, texts and emails from our guests about the quality of everything mentioned above. We were required to provide kosher food for certain of our guests and they too were extremely satisfied. If you are planning a large event, David Silber and his wonderful staff will provide you with a worry free event of the highest quality. We feel that we received excellent value. We highly recommend Encore and would utilize their services again should we be fortunate enough to make another function.

If you are looking for catering, you have come to the right place! Book now; you will not be sorry! We first contacted Encore several months ago about hosting a small, multi-part event in our backyard. To say that we were delusional about what goes into planning such an event is an understatement! In under 12 hours since first contact, the owner Cary was on the phone with us and came out to our house the next day to scope out our backyard. He patiently walked us through the associated costs from food, to staffing, to rentals. We never felt pressured to make a decision or spend money; this left us with a great feeling of trust. After deciding to move forward, Encore created two amazing menus for our double event party. We split things up with afternoon and evening affairs, and Cary provided excellent suggestions about what sort of food would be appropriate for each (hand-helds for the afternoon, and substantials for the evening). They immediately accommodated any dietary restrictions, providing separate meals and making sure that the suggested meals fit within the dietary confines of our guests. There was no stress at all when it came to communication and planning; it was tons of fun! The actual events were a smashing success! The staff arrived early, quickly set everything up, and Cary even stopped by to make sure that everything running smoothly. The food was INCREDIBLE! We had not done any tastings beforehand, but rest assured, none were needed, because the food really was that great (get the beef empanadas!). Our guests were complementing the food throughout the night. The staff were extremely friendly and warm, seamlessly integrating into the party. There was no awkward feeling that sometimes comes up with staff at events - the Encore crew was awesome! At the end of the evening they packed away all of the leftovers and cleaned up everything spotlessly! We didn't want them to leave! Thank you so much to the Encore crew for all of your help! And a special thank you for the waffles (it was a huge hit!)

I had a small dinner party for new years Eve. Encore catered and it was the best decision. We worked together to determine the best menu. The food was incredible! Everything was delicious. What a treat and I didn’t have to spend any time in the kitchen. Every guest raved about the interesting choices. Can’t wait to use them again!!!

We called Encore for a last minute (like 13 days from when I called!!) engagement party for my son and his fiancee. They helped us with the perfect menu for my daughter-in-law to be for whom we wanted many gluten-free choices. Then less than 48 hours before our event, the capacity limits were reduced to 10 indoors!! Tom, Connie and Felicia arrived, set everything up, rolled with the punches to spread the food out over our four shifts of ten or less guests. They packed up food for guests who didn't want to take their masks off, Tom made a special salad for my daughter who is on the picky side. The food was delicious, the staff incredibly adaptable, they cleaned up and put everything away and most importantly my son and fiancee had a wonderful party :)

Encore Catering is truly one of the best in Toronto!! Great service from start to finish and always such tasty food. They are now my go to when it comes to our in-office lunches, brunches, and they have always been especially accommodating to our specific needs. Often our lunches come with a theme! And they never hesitate to create a custom menu that makes the process 10 times easier for me! The latest one was for St. Patrick's Day including Guinness beef pop tarts!! Yum!!

It was a very satisfying experience with Encore, I booked their dinner menu on my wedding day. The food is beyond my expectation. Definitely taste better than what I normally had in a fine dining restaurant.you could tell they put a lot of heart and work in to their food, well prepared and presented, beautiful garnish. the chef and server is super polite and caring. Very professional. and they cared about what exactly what I wanted, went beyond what i asked for, well done
