He opened his present and scared because it has different sound with sample (a cat dull) .. They not only didn’t accept to refund but also didn’t change the present.. refer to their policy . Be careful when you want to buy anything in this place.
S	Sophia States on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE, this store is a scam. do not waste your money, time and energy in dealing with this place. A person Alexander call himself manager is total fraud and very unprofessional. I was interested in buying a foot massager for my mother who is 80 years old, when i called the store first he said it is available, then he said he will get it next week but if I want to buy i have to pay today. I went there and paid $170. I received a call next week to pick up. when I tried the product at home it was different then the demo in store , it gave me bruises and lots of pain plus it stopped working many times during 15 minutes of use. I took it back next day where he put his feet in it and used for few seconds and said no it is working fine. I tried to convince him that it is defected and i do not want it. if he cannot give my money back , I can accept the store credit,. But he simply refused to return, exchange and for the store credit. he claimed due to hygiene policy he cannot take it back, ( if hygiene matters he put his feet in it too) he then asked me to leave the massager at store so he can try it for longer time to find out any defect. I told him i am not able to come back as this store is very far from my place. Finally, I decided to leave the item in store because i did not want to take a risk to give it to my mother and hurt her. it is over 3 weeks and since than I did not received any call from them. Moreover, when I tried their online customer service there is no other information rather than a contact form. I have lost my ONE HUNDRED AND SEVENTY DOLLARS. God may not bless them for this act of committing fraud.

We asked the guy working TWO TIMES that if we can exchange for a new size and each time he said yes.We returned to store today. Manager Heather accused us of lying, called me stupid and told me I'm incapable of reading (the receipt.) Told me she will ban me from store because i complained. When I told her to go read their reviews on google and consider changing the way they treat customers, she told me because they get rude customers just like me!!!!! Horrible customer service and products. Take your money and RUN

I hope you see this. My fiance was just extatic to have this product and insisted he could use it to fix the gaping hole in his shoes. It does not, in fact, work like "spray on shoes" in Cloudy with a chance of Meatballs. I have convinced him to buy new shoes. Great customer service. We will be back!

She is both kind and professional. I understand that she has only been at this location a short while so I recommend that those who gave a bad review, try again as I know they will have a very positive shopping experience with this store manager. I will certainly be back to this location Thank you Brittney for all of your help!
