β β β β β Had to have a Ted Baker carryon bag fixed due to screws falling out from the wheel. The gentleman that I had fix them here was amazing. He did it in an hour and for a very reasonable price. He also checked all the other screws for me and found that all were loose. Awesome customer service. Previous place quoted a higher price for the same service and said 2 weeks pick up time. Will definitely be back here! Thank you!

me and my friend were hanging out in the mall and we saw some belts on display outside this store so we stopped to check them out.
the owner was doing something behind the counter. he looked up a few times but never greeted us. however, as soon as my friend unwrapped the plastic wrap over the buckle on one of the belts, he quickly walked up to us and started to scold my friend in a very rude tone blaming him that he should not have unwrapped the package. it was as if my friend was causing a huge loss on the store. my friend ended up purchasing this mediocre belt
i'm not saying we are totally in the right since we unwrapped the package to begin with but i can pretty much tell the denominator of their customer service from the experience: we were checking out the belts for a bit of time but he never said hello or offered any help. then only did he come over when we did something that did not please him? worse of all he continued blaming my friend and giving him that attitude even after he made the purchase.
terrible place. stay away.

β β β β β Do not go here. Zero customer service. Basic inquiry with a photo of my shoe for repair. He clearly doesn't want the business and was so incredibly rude. I didn't need him to commit to anything. I just wanted to know the likelihood that it was fixable and general price ranges.
He does not want business at all.

β β β β β Honestly, I recommend a re sole and shoe polish to anyone. Renew your shoes, good for the environment etc. However, communicating with the cobbler (Dusty sp?) Was challenging. Which made the interaction uncomfortable. I'd go to other other cobblers, no question.

β β β β β Copied 2 keys at $25 and one key at $4. Total after tax is $61.02. I came here when I was on my way to another store in the mall.
One of the two $25 keys does not work. Returned during business hours to find the key copier isnβt in. And I canβt have the key remade.
This place is 10 kms from my house. Round trip of 20 km cost me $10 in gas and mileage. 1 hr of my time during a weekday work hours.
If I return to this location again it would have costed me 2 hrs of time and $20 in gas and mileage.
I explained this to the lady attending the counter asking politely for a refund. She states the key blank is expensive and they do not give refunds. My time and car is way more expensive. So Iβll go find a store that has staff on hand during office hours and can reliably get things done.

Called in to check if they carried a leather shoe care product and when I asked about the size/volume of the product they stocked, was told to "please check yourself!"... OK?!
The guy clearly does not want to be there and could care less about customer service, so one star.
If the guy can't be bothered to answer a simple question, I wouldn't trust him with any kind of shoe care services either.
Addedum: I see all these responses to this location's 1 star reviews from M&B Head Office...
But really, what can they do to shape up the franchisee? This location is doing no favors for the brand.
While I have nothing against Moneysworth branded products, I will not patronise this location again.

β β β β β First time being at this company and definitely will be the last time. Rep. working there gets upset at the fact that I wanted to pay for making copy of key with debit card. He gets angry and says only cash, looking at me like I did something wrong. I said to him where in your store does it say cash only and on the counter there is a debit(atm) machine. Do not understand! Than he throws the receipt on the counter with attitude bc I pay with card. If you are not happy where you're working please try something else. Worst customer service ever! Do not bother going there unless you want to be treated disrespectfully!
