I brought my purse in and the man I spoke to at the counter was rude and barely even acknowledged me. Glanced at the purse, said $75 and waved me away. He threw me off with his demeanor and seemed to not want my business. Decided not to go through with the repair at this place as the customer service was non-existent and the price estimate was much too high.
I	Ivan Ivanov on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disgusting service !!! I asked employees to move the Velcro on sandals by two centimeters, paid an obscene price of $ 30. Work took 3 days! Taking my sandals, I found that the Velcro was moved 7 centimeters instead of 2. Because of this, it became impossible to fasten the sandals! I asked about the reasons for what happened and I was told that "I did exactly what you asked for." After a couple of minutes of conversation, I still did not understand the reasons for what happened. Either he does not understand the difference between 7 and 2, or between centimeters and inches, somehow the work was not done! I asked to correct what he had done or to return everything to its original state. I was told this can be done for another $ 30 and again he said this amazing phrase "I will do exactly what you want." This is just a mockery! To summarize, contacting “Walk & Wear Fine Shoe Repair” will give you terrible service and staff indifference for your money! I understand that their main customers are random visitors of the Shopping Center and it is unlikely that people who want to receive a service from them would read reviews first, but if you decide to read reviews first, I only have one tip for you AVOID THIS PLACE!
A	Alicia Persaud on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely TERRIBLE SEEVICE! Owner is rude, extremely unprofessional. Avoid at all cost. Over priced as well!!! I bought my shoes to get the straps fixed and when I went to pick it up I wasn’t happy with the way it was done. It wasn’t fully fixed and I was nervous it would come loose again. The guy assured me that if it becomes loose to bring it back and he will fix it. Of course after two wears it came loose again cause it wasn’t fixed properly the first times. so I went back and the guy was charging me again to fix it and denied even remembering the first time he told me to bring it. He started acting up and was very unprofessional and refuse to fix my shoe.

Walk and Wear did an excellent job repairing the heel and sole of my Jimmy Choo shoes - they look as good, if not slightly better, than when I first bought them. Their knowledge and expertise at recommending the best options was truly appreciated. You can trust them to care and repair all luxury shoes!

LV replaced the bottom, but would not fix certin parts as it had peen previously repaired by a 3rd party (very poorly). Cameron is very miticulous with his work. I asked him if he could replace the side chapes (side pieces that hold the sholder strap), as they were completly torn. I also had him replace the top leather binding to match. As someone who formally worked at LV and handled their repairs I knew Walk & Wear would do a great job. I highly reccomend this repair shop. I am so happy with my vintage bag.
