★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a horrible experience here! Phil ruined a pair of leather boots that I took him. I prepaid $695 for the work and when I brought them back to ask him to try to reverse some of the damage his wife called me angry. I finally conceded and said I would take them elsewhere to get them repaired. When I went to pick them up he said he had given them to someone else! He gave them away with no ticket, no receipt, no apology, no offer to reimburse me for the cost of the boots and refused to reimburse me any of the money that was paid to him!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Phil is one of the most talented Shoe Repair people out there! I have worked in luxury fashion and I only trust him with my high end shoes. He's also managed to save a couple of them that I thought were doomed. I'm a loyal customer and I'd definitely recommend him.

He is very busy that's why the place is always full of shoes. He strict and direct to the point just as he should be, maybe that's why his business is thriving. I highly recommend this place. Keep up the good work Phil you are one of a kind!!!

I took in a pair of Roots tuff boots for a heel replacement and the quality of the repair was excellent.
My cowboy boots were in rough shape. Phil did an excellent refurbish on them. Taking painstaking care to bring them back to their original glory.
Great service, great care.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Phil's Shoe Repair is the best place in Toronto to have your shoes and boots refurbished. He refurbished my low cut Boulet Cowboy boots to perfection.
After he was done they were better than when I bought them brand new.
Phil is the Master Boot-Man!... I'll be back!.. ;)

He's very straightforward about what he can and cannot do, and he's repaired all sorts of shoe problems for me: re-soling, changing zippers, dyeing old leather, and repairing rips.
