★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad customer service. Chinese old lady who was working on September 11.2021 at 5:15 pm she literally snatched the bun from my hand and put it back to the shelf. I have never experienced such a bad situation in my life. She cant speak in english and didnt even bother answering me

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible customer service! I had ordered a cake 3 days ago, called the morning of pickup to make sure it was ready, they told me it was. Then, called again while I was on my way to pickup the cake. Again, they told me it was ready. When I got there, the cake was not ready. They had sold my cake to somebody else. The worst thing was they didn’t even apologize. Needless to say that I will never come back again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great bakery and pastry shop. All kinds of cakes and asian buns. The quality is consistent and service fast. Only thing I would improve is the consistency in coffee quality. I had many great coffees there which is better than Tim Hortons coffee but a few times the coffee was way too strong. Great place to buy beautiful decorative cakes.

And to new customers going.. don’t forget to choose the right plastic bag based on the quantity of the products you bought. I just got schooled. ??
